When I ordered they told me the seats were grey, but these seats look white. It looks nothing like the online picture which was a little darker. Also, I specifically asked for iphone charger and he told me it came with it, it came with an android. I also asked for specifics of all wheel drive which that appears to be correct. The carpet seems not to be all the way padded to the floor. When the car takes off the accelerator is very slow. I did like the fact that what they quoted me did not change. The salesman that sits right in front of the the receptionist desk was very knowledgeable and was the most helpful. I didn’t need a lot of all the extra amenities, but the amenities I asked for I should have gotten.
My recent purchase was a gently used Toyota Avalon. This was the finest automobile purchase experience of my life. I was looking for a reliable car that would provide ample room, good gas mileage and resale value. I was greeted by Andrew Greene with whom I discussed my needs, desires, and preferences. Andrew provided suggestions, showed me cars, checked his inventory and I chose the Avalon. The car was prepared, and I picked it up two days later. There were none of the games I have encountered at other dealerships. I highly recommend Andrew and Joseph Toyota to my friends and associates.
The staff at Joseph Airport Toyota made my purchase of a 2023 GR86 super easy! It was a privilege to work with my salesman Eddy and Jamie in financing. Both were extremely knowledgeable about the products, patient with all my questions, and respected my passion for this car. Thank you Joseph Airport Toyota!
Poor experience. Not only did they provide bad service, they spilled something all over my passenger side of my car that I can't get cleaned off my car. I feel that they did this because I was insistent on getting my air bag system malfunction taken care of immediately and had gone to the service manager when their staff tried to treat me like I was an idiot about this issue with my car. They tried to tell me that I just needed to clip my seat belts in, which was definitely not the case as all of my seat belts were clicked in and my car was still giving the warning. Definitely not taking my car back to this dealership and recommend others to avoid this dealership.
I've had a 2012 Corolla going on 2 years and been treated well by Airport's service staff each time. Whether I've needed help on short notice or been scheduled for regular maintenance, they listen and communicate well, in addition to doing good, fast work. Isaiah and the gentleman who is head of service can't remember his name sorry! have both worked to get me in as soon as possible and I felt respected which doesn't happen at every shop if you're a woman! As long as Joseph Airport prioritizes service staff who demonstrate skill, integrity and respect for the customer, I'll keep recommending them!
Highly recommend this dealership. I actually drove over from the Indy area to purchase my SUV because they were very straightforward and didn't do any song and dance with anything. Dave and Justin were extremely easily to work with and gave me a good trade in value for my car. I will definitely refer them to others and will do business again in the future.
My elderly relative went to the dealership and was in the process of purchasing a car outright - no financing. The salesman, Arvin Henley, recognized that something was amiss and helped stop what could have been a very costly and bad decision. His integrity helped our family avoid a big mistake. Not only did he drive to meet with them again in person to remedy the problem, he kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Much appreciated!
Really like dealing with Nathan, he knew cars and patiently explained features and operations. Jamie the finance manager was helpful and transparent. Rating would have been 5 stars except for three issues. 1. I paid the $1,000 deposit weeks ago with a credit card, but the dealer could not verify they received it and didn't want to credit it to my purchase. I produced the credit card statement and they credited it to me after some friendly discussion. 2. Prior to purchase, they did not tell me that down payment on credit card was limited to $2,500, so I had to transfer funds to checking to complete the sale. 3. They would not accept a DoD ID for the military service rebate, but their website states that ID is acceptable proof. After some friendly discussion they agreed to give me the rebate and let me email the LES on a later date. Overall, it was a decent experience.
I have always heard horror stories about being a woman and going into car dealerships without a man and getting taken advantage of. However, at Joseph Airport Toyota, they have never talked down to or taken advantage of me once. They are always kind and courteous, and they have been complete gentleman. They are honest, hard-working, and have never once tried to pull the wool over my eyes. I will continue going here for as long as I own a Toyota. Which will be forever!
I did not purchase my 2022 Toyota from Joseph Airport but I wish I did. I purchased from another local dealership. I had to give them the gift of good bye for the service part…long story. Started going to Joseph Airport Toyota which exceeds all my expectations! Service is awesome and accurate. Levi, the service advisor, is the most knowledgeable and polite gentleman. Strangely, I don’t mind being in the dealership and waiting. Very friendly environment.
