First time coming here and first time ever eating here. Omfg its amazing pizza. Ice cold bud lite and pizza, yummy! I will for sure come here more for sure. U can even listen to the juke box while drinking and eating. Now it's time to eat a deep fried Oreo! Everyone needs to come here. They deliver and now this pizza is my number one pizza place ever. Already looking forward to eating here again.
Not sure what their names are but on several separate occasions I've been treated like a customer should be treated. They make the best specialty fries as far as pizza places go. They actually look like what you'd see in a picture on a menu, loads of cheese, meat and huge portion. Also they've made sure I've had a fresh slice every time I've visited and I appreciate that. Probably the best Spinelli's in Louisville.
Let me start by saying I am 7 months pregnant and I had called to order 1 large supreme pizza at 4:12am and was told it would arrive in 45mins. After waiting an hour for my pizza I called them to ask if it was still getting delivered and the lady I spoke with told me she thought I was coming to pick it up...I gave my address over the phone and said it was delivery so I don't know where the confusion was there... She found my ticket and saw that it was for delivery and said the tickets got messed up and as soon as the delivery guy gets back from a delivery, she will send him over. She offered to throw in a 2 liter which was nice, but really I just wanted my pizza and knowing it has been sitting there for 15 mins, I was thinking it was going to be cold by the time I got it, which she told me the delivery guy would be back at any second. By the time the delivery guy got there it was 20 mins passed, he gets out of the car with a cigarette in his hand, which again I'm pregnant, I don't want smoke around me or my food I'm about to eat and to top it all off there is no 2 liter and my pizza is cold. He says he could run back to the store and get it but it was 5:30 am at this point and I was ready to go to bed so I said not to bother and called for a refund. I was told that to get a refund I would have to give the pizza back.... After all the screw ups that was on their end, they still refused to give me a refund. What great customer service!! I won't be ordering from there anymore. Don't understand why I should be expected to enjoy a cold pizza that was delivered in an hour and a half when I was told 45 mins and then was offered a free 2 liter that didn't get delivered either and to not ask for my money back. Doesn't make sense to me. I would rather eat a Tostino's frozen pizza! This was the preston hwy location.
Worst dining experience of my life, we were great by a girl in her jacket carrying her purse. We sat there for fifteen minutes as all the employees just walked by us, no one bothered to acknowledge the fact that we were sitting there waiting. I will NEVER go back or recommend this establishment to anyone!!
Decent pizza with huge portions: they aren't kidding when they say the slices are as big as your head! We had a pretty big group with kids, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The main problem with Spinelli's is the price. They offer only one size of pie 18", and most of them are over $25 each. You are able to order by the slice, but they're also quite expensive. My son and I each had two slices cheese & taco, and took one of each with us when we saw the size and two fountain drinks, and our total was over $27. We paid less for Giordano's in Chicago, and this is nowhere near the quality albeit in different styles. Overall, our experience wasn't bad, but the price makes it difficult to justify a repeat visit.
not only did the lady who answered the phone cuss me out due to the fact of my friend laughing beside me and hanging up mid order, we called back and talked to a more reasonable person got our order finished the First Lady came back and started yelling at me. I told her I didn't appreciate her cussing me out and she said "if you don't like it, you can say it to my face when I deliever your pizza." VERY unprofessional. Unprofessional
Good pizza. I couldn't sleep and didn't want McD's saw they were open late. Went there closer to close than I normally would a restaurant, the girl working there was as nice as could be, made me a fresh pizza. Glad I went
If i could give 0 stars I would. We went for the "famous cheesesteak" because all the reviews said it was like PA' s. OMG...gross! Steakums on a bun! So salty we couldn't eat it, I mean salty to the point it burned your mouth. Definately not worth the 30 bucks it cost. We won't go back that's for sure! So disappointed in what is supposed to be a Louisville legend.
Went there with a friend last night we got two sandwiches a cheese fry and two drinks cost $30.00 way over priced for what you get, they put four cheese slices on the fries it was a joke cheese slices not shredded cheese. Plus we seen a huge rat in the parking lot granted it was not inside but close enough.
I work literally across the street. Most the time I order it takes 1-3 hrs to actually get my food. Super greasy and overpriced, only reason to order from there is that its the only late night delivery place.
