I As a telecom engineer and fiber optic cable installer..I find these places very under Educated there sales folks.last go around was about cheap made Go TO Products they sell.. they told me sorry 14 day warranty period on accessories.. SO I CALLED MY REP AT TMOBILE 611 AND SPOKE TO THE SUPERVISOR COME TO FIND OUT GO TO PRODUCTS ARE MADE FOR T-MOBILE AND SOLD BY THEM THERE SALE'S PEOPLE DIDN'T KNOW THIS EVEN.. BUT I CAN TELL YOU THE PUBLIC THERE CHARGING CORDS ARE JUNK POOR DESIGN AND I WENT THRU TWO IN A YR 15 USD EACH MUCH BETTER CAN BE FOUND IN TRUCK STOP'S, MURPHY BRO'S AT ANY WALMART AND NO THEY DON'T HAVE TO BE COMPUTABLE TO THE CELL PHONE ONLY YOUR PLUG IN SOURCE HAS TO BE COMPATABLE WITH THE PHONE THE CORD DOESN'T KNOW...???THINK ABOUT IT DOES THE CORD KNOW ANYTHING ABSOLUTELY FACT NOT . THE T-MOBILE SUPERVISOR FOR MY SERVICES MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT SO ALWAYS FACT DON'T GIVE UP CALL THE COMPANY AT 611 IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER THEY WANT TO KEEP YOUR SERVICE AND BUINESS
