I moved to San Diego many years ago, and now can’t imagine living anywhere else! We lead a very active lifestyle and constantly take advantage of all San Diego has to offer. I’m always excited to share my knowledge and insights of our great city- and being a Realtor is the perfect venue!
My business philosophy is a simple one: People first- that’s it! I understand the prospect of selling a home can be intimidating and my job is guide and keep stress out of the transaction. How is this done? First, by listening, and really hearing the cares and concerns of the client. Second, by developing a concise plan of attack- way before the “For Sale” sign goes in the front yard. I love the process of aggressively pricing my seller’s home, and then meeting with appraisers, armed and ready to prove out value.
Today’s complex market requires a thoughtful marketing strategy in order to achieve success- top dollar and a timely sale! I’m a difference maker by keeping my sellers and buyers informed not only of what’s happening, but what’s likely to happen. Staying “in front” of the transaction makes for a happy seller and a confident buyer!
