Store is absolutely beautiful. Lots of things to choose from. Had a wonderful experience. Had a good personal experience. We had purchased a few things online during Thanksgiving. Had to return a couple of things. The customer service was good and hastle free. To our surprise the amount was refunded immediately on the credit card. Do visit this place for an excellent experience as part of Del Amo Fashion Center shopping complex.

I just purchased a sectional sofa and ottoman set from the Del Amo Macy's. It was delivered recently and is beautiful. The price was very competitive, and a very high quality. Our salesperson was Kathleen Kennedy who is the best furniture salesperson that I have ever worked with. She was responsive, had great ideas, and followed through on everything. Even contacted us after delivered and set up to make sure we were thrilled with our purchase. Thank you!
First thing you notice besides the merchandise, are customer service personal. They're ready to serve you and sign you up for a store credit card. I always love to shop at Macy's which used to be May Company and Robinson combined. Incidentally, I used to work part time with Robinson May thanksgiving thru Christmas . All departments are well organized and it is easy to see what you're looking for.
They don't take returns back for shoes. I wore them for 30 minutes. It was this older Hispanic lady with big glasses who refused the shoes. If you want to feel safe returning things I'd advise not shopping here. I bought shoes from Nordstrom instead.
Macy's has pretty much anything you would want or need. Pleasant staff who are willing to help you out. Stuff in there can get a little pricey but they have a lot of options.
Excellent location. Lots of fred parking. Not too crowded for post Xmas day. Polite sales people, willing to help - a definite improvement from earlier experiences.
They have good selection but is Not like it used to be! Back in the days if you return an item for any reason there no questions ask. Now they want the tag and the receit w the item otherwise you loose half of what you paid!
Was looking to buy a new carry on suitcase as mine has a broken wheel. Went to Macy's on a Sunday afternoon n hang around the luggage area for 10+ minutes. Nobody came to offer assistance. Display items have no description or prices. Not sure how Macy's expects customers to buy anything at the B&M.
