Staff was too busy to help. The tiny jewelry in the cabinets looked completely overwhelmed by the display. But the rest of the place was awesome fun to look through some very good deals on stuff
Beautiful, upscale department store, restaurant, and coffee shop. Thanks for your location in Torrance. I added a photograph of your restroom. This is a clear result of no one holding persons accountable for their actions. Next will be graffiti all over the shopping center.
And no no no. This is a bad review because the service on the sales was bad during my last visit. They don’t ask how u doing if you need help nothing. Everybody working there at this time on this day needs to fired. And It was bro at the entrance near the men’s section.
I was at the jewelry department, the sale consultant was just on this phone the whole time I was looking around, I went up to him and asked if he can show me the men’s jewelry and he told me that they didn’t have much, most was online, being a salesman myself I wouldn’t have left the customer go I’d show him whatever we had. I honestly felt he didn’t wanted to help me, I rather leave the store and don’t come back, because it did get me a little upset!!! I rather do business with someone who cares about selling.
The staff here are much friendlier and more helpful than at other locations. Great makeup selection and handbag options. If you want great skincare tips, find Madelaine in the Clinique section.
Well isn’t this quite the place. Someone told me no matter what I was looking for I could find it here and I absolutely agree. I was looking for a pair of wide shoes since I left my other shoes at home and had a wedding that evening.Thankfully the minute I got to the mall I could relax knowing that of course I could find what I needed in this place. It’s huge. Amazing lots of flag ship stores and happy folks running around it was a little bit like Disneyland. And yes I got what I was looking for and have a great time it was very impressive.
This is a great Nordstrom. Excellent selection. Good lighting. Very Clean and well maintained. Service is a 3.75 out of 5. I tend to like really hands on retail sales people but I know not everyone likes that! Good selection of sizes. All in all, one of my faves.
High end clothing store with high end customer service! Worker Scout helped me with my purchase and was very engaging and nice. Love to shop with so many helpful associates who make my shopping experience great, the selection is great with so many luxury items.
The service here is amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The clothes are expensive but they do have a reduce section for clothes.the clothes are very cute and they have great brands.
Very nice atmosphere, one of the best fittings rooms I have ever been to in Nordstrom we did not need anything just killed some time before our check-in time in hotel infront of the center.
