A MASSIVE store with amazing variety. We were blown away by the size of the women's and men's departments. Also, the staff here is so friendly and helpful, especially in the home and bedding department.
Maj- Lis is a Polo specialist, In the Macy’s Men’s Department. Her customer service and attention was above and beyond. She went out of her way to treat me professionally and make sure all of my selections fit me great! She should be commended for her excellent Customer Service.
Feel really disappointed a soon I arrived to the store one of the workers was checking me all the time. My impression was that he thinks that I go to steal something, probably because I don't have any expensive clothes on. That's not the impression that I have before from Macy's.

My experience in customer service returning merchandise was not good. The associate was rude to me. And another associate next to this one also supported the rudeness of the one was working with me. They don’t have an idea how to deal with customers.
Rude staff member in Macy's Naples shoe department. She shook her head side to side when a coworker asked her to assist us..then she made rude hand gestures at me. Purchased at a different shoe store where we were treated with basic courtesy and respect
I purchased a lovely watch at Macys and needed links taken out. Nicole helped me right away and she was not only beautiful but professional and very knowledgeable and had my watch fitting perfectly in no time! While there, D.A. came to the counter and was also lovely and very personable. The three of us had a lovely chat and I left feeling uplifted and can’t wait to shop at Macys again!Especially at the Jewelry counter! Macys should be proud to have two outstanding team members! Very good discounts are on.... Lot of new stuff in last act section .... This Macy's location has a huge section for ladies footwear which has a big last act section with over 80%of savings ..see pic ... Head on to the second floor and you will find a large section of discounted home goods too
A horrible experience, deliveries have not arrived more than once, shipments are lost, Macys is not reliable but I have never used their services Horrible horrible horrible
