I was there on Black Friday and had the greatest experiences. Jamie our check out associate made our experience extremely pleasant. She did a terrific job. Proud of Macy's hiring individuals with disabilities. I would recommend to everyone. Support of these companies is what America needs.
Went shopping Saturday night to buy some jewelry. Once I got there, there was only one older lady working there. I was looking around jewelry and she completely ignored me and went straight to do paperwork. I guess paperwork is more important than the customers. Poor customer service also, I want to look at some glasses at glasses section, at the one person was really rude. He told me that they were closed. Doesn’t make sense because there was about 30 minutes left until the store closed. I told him that I was just looking and I went to the clearance section to see some glasses and I just picked up a pair which she told me not to touch after picked it up. Just wanted to see the price if you’re closed, then they should be all locked up not on the open view. For the past two years, Macy’s has terrible customer service, will not shop here never again. Taking my service somewhere else.
Clean store. I use to come here for clearance Micheal Kors, until I realized that even the clearance prices wouldn't even beat the prices of the outlet mall without the outlet malls being on clearance. We looked for dresses while here too for my sisters dance, not a VAST selection, but there were a few she tried on, but didn't buy cause she didn't like the way that they looked. Other than that, this store was clean, we were there early in the morning so it wasn't busy, and one of the ladies near the eyewear section was a great help in where to find the dress location.
The store has a good variety, and I usually have a good experience. But my last experience was really bad and insulting. We asked for help from one gentleman in the Men's section in getting the right size for a suit, and he was completely rude and unhelpful. Even when I told him what we were looking for, he was extremely unhelpful and was trying his best not to help us and get rid of us. With the people before us, he took so long to help them and made sure they had the right suit fit etc. Definitely felt discrimination here because we're not white, as he was being absolutely charming to the white people around us, and completely avoided eye contact with us even though we'd been waiting to ask for his help for 30 mins.
More expensive than JCPenney for essentially the same items, maybe a higher quality but I didn't see it, the staff is friendly but why pay more for the same things. I'd say if they had some more competitive pricing I'd give them 5*'s.
Had an online order to pick up. I somehow picked the correct door to enter. Got it picked up and was out the door in less than 10 minutes
11-25-22 I hoy To say first of all I have Macy’s credit card since I don’t use to much I pay most of my purchase cash . But I come in the store looking for Dubai for my bed . Not really good look w helo . Them we went to cosmetics to get a foundation it CC asking for help la lady in cologne send me to the cosmetics rude lady’s because I felt like didn’t wanted be bathers poor customer Service I always shop for my grandkids, kitchen, shoes vive my service and I felt poorly treated.. plus’s I was leaving and people been assaulted in the store It is not safe to shop there And poor customer service I give a 000
Very noisy messy, I wanted a body lotion because im.allergic to sprays. Purchased a very expensive Chanel body lotion, explained my allergy, i was assured it was a lotion, got home, over an hour away and found it to be a spray.
This place is a JOKE!!! One never knows when they'll be open for dine in. It's never marked on the doors or windows. Plus no fork was provided for the cheesy potatoes. I asked for one and was told they didn't have Any! How are you supposed to eat them???
Wow, the sales. There is always something to be found. How about a $300.00 winter coat for about $100 Numerous sales. A nice plan to shop.
