Great place to stay! Well maintained in a location close to shopping and so many trails for walking and biking we didn't even get to them all. Plus, some of the best beaches in Florida just over an hour away. We look forward to coming back soon!
Great smallish psrk. Very reasonable rstes. Owner very nice and accommodating . Clean facilities, nice level site. N ice friendly neighbors, made us feel very welcome. Definitely will return here?
Five stars all the way. 55+ RV Park. Howard and Chris are the owners and are very nice. We stayed for a few months. No frills kinda place, but nice and quiet with some long time residents who go out of their way to make you feel at home. Lots of trees and it can be difficult to get a satellite signal if you have one in your rig. No dog park but friendly pets are welcome. Oh, beware the oak trees! Lol. In the fall and winter they drop acorns onto your rig like falling snow! There is a laundromat onsite and they recycle which is commendable. Sites are smooth and level but no concrete pads, all grass spots. Can get a little muddy at times with heavy rain. Highly recommended.
We only intended on staying 6 months, that was 6 years ago. Love this place, close to shopping, churches and downtown. Most of us are fulltimers and look out for each other. Quaint little park.
My partner and I drove around the park looking for a RV lot never did get to meet the owner but the park is so cute don't know how friendly it would be but it was nice and clean I would definitely check it out if you're looking for a new spot .
We only stayed three nights but great experience. We had corner lot which looked over the woods.
Although they could not accommodate us on our stay Bryan was very helpful and seemed to understand even large dogs are part of our family. He gave me some other places to call and check.
Good food, friendly service a little slow, reasonable prices.
Well, the pen is in an honest if not opinionated hand. This place is almost perfect for the circumstances. The price is fair and the setting is jus rah!
Great rv park. Peaceful with wonderful people. Not over crowded. We’ll definitely be back each winter.

This is not a New Port Richey Park, it's in Zephyrhills. My wife and I have lived here for over seven years, and it's a great place to stay for a week, a month, or forever. It's quiet, well run, with mostly ovesized lots. There is a new owner who has been busy adding cement slabs to each lot, landscaping, and generally improving the experience here. the park itself is in a clearing surrounded by woods, with abundant wildlife, including owls, hawks, and a gopher tortoise. Yet you are only onee mile from a Winn Dixie grocery, and three miles from the nearest WalMart and Lowes. Great place, good lot prices.
