Nothing fancy but nice and friendly and quiet.Great rates and availability.Can't wait till they get the pool in.currenly waiting on permits.some noise from train and traffic but you get used to it

Wow!  Sandbar is changing! The new homes they've brought in are beautiful. The location is convenient and close to so many attractions. I can't wait to see what's next for this community. One of the benefits of this community is the large lots.

Management is difficult to reach via telephone. They do not return messages left on their answering service. I have an unit in storage and looking to change bc after Many Mansions was bought by Cobblestone storage clients are second class citizens that are not attended to. Cannot speak as a resident but if you are looking for vehicle storage space, go elsewhere.

Looks like a good place to live, if your into an RV park. Clean roads, and a laid back atmosphere.

Jane and I have been coming here for 5 years.  We've enjoyed it very much, and made a lot of good friends.  Mark and his staff have always been great with us.  Any issues that we have had were quickly taken care of.  It's just been a great experience for us every year.  the only negative I can/will note is that some of the long term tenants, don't keep their lots very clean.  It would be great if everyone would take the time to spruce up their spot.

Nice and friendly people. The management is on top of things and very welcoming. I understand the park is under new ownership. The only reason for a 4 star rating is the train. We were here a month and we could not get used to the train. Some people mentioned problems with electric, but we had no problems at all. We got to know several people and no one else had issues with electric either. Lots of activities, they have cards, bingo and shuffleboard, plus occasional entertainment. Mostly seasonal or year round people that like to make new comers feel welcome. Secluded area, but Zephryhills is a quick 15 minute drive, Lakeland is about 30 minutes away. We are looking for a seasonal place to call home for the winter and would have bought here except for the train.

Old fashioned rv park very comfortable feel to the park nothing fancy but that's the way we like it, activities in season including live entertainment bingo, carrieoke shuffle board, very down to earth people very friendly very reasonable lot prices. Update park has changed hands now called sandbar we will see how new owners are stay tuned, Ok new park owners leave you wishing for old owners garbage stacked as high as you can see on top of dumpsters they don't take credit cards only checks they no longer pick up trash at sights and don't expect a smile when you check in, skip this place of your can

A wonderful place.  They went out of their way to make our stay go off without a hitch.  We will definitely consider them for future stays.Service: 5/5

The park manager is not very nice at all, all the RVs are way to close together. There's one lady who lives in here who has had the police here last month 7 days in a row. Management does nothing to keep the place looking good. Electric boxes are all outdated and power outages happen all the time. Management has illegally thrown people out, stolen mail. I live here but would not recommend to anyone. There are not amenities.

Place was great till cobblestone  sand bar took over  new management is rude belligerent   I can't think of anything good to say about the new manager there she's a piece of cake
