I provide services that help men and parents live wholehearted, peaceful, and fulfilling lives.
I help individuals lower stress by becoming aware of their reactivity and creating a space between stimulus and response. This stress may appear in the form of anger, loneliness, isolation, fear, or addiction.
I offer a non-judgmental presence and attunement that awakens strength, courage, healing, and growth in others. I believe in the power of the feeling of being deeply felt to transform individuals. I’ve seen how deep, authentic, honest connections with others brings clarity and peace in all aspects of our lives.
I also am a firm believer in the connection between mind and body. I provide exercises and practices that jump-start and cultivate healing from past trauma and resilience for future suffering. These exercises include movement, stretching (both physical and mental), and guided meditations.
