Being both a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an Advocare Independent Distributor, it gives me the knowledge to give you the best information possible. I have helped numerous people lose weight, reshape their bodies and regain their confidence. Not only that, I, myself, have followed the program and have lost 100lbs and accomplished fitness goals that I only dreamt about. I am still a work in progress.
