Very rustic pub with lots of character!
The pub is open seven days and week and there are lots of activities every week. There is a pool table, shuffleboard and other games of amusement. It is located directly on a canal that leads out to the Homosassa River. By water, the headsprings are approximately one mile up river and the Gulf of Mexico is about seven miles down river. There are pontoon boat rentals available on site to help you enjoy manatee and dolphin watching, fishing and sightseeing. The Florida State Wildlife Park, just a mile up the road, features indigenous birds and animals in a beautiful natural setting. The Homosassa River has been designated an Outstanding Florida Waterway and is ideal for Kayaking and Canoeing.
