A group of us went to see Barbie which was a wonderful experience! It truly is for all ages, and extremely clever! We've been to this theater many times and always a good experience! Theaters are clean and kept a good comfortable temperature. Staff at concessions very good. The best way to spend a hot sticky Carolina day!

First, I totally recommend The Sound of Freedom! Everyone should watch it! Regal Manchester was good. The parking lot could use a bit of a makeover. The only reason I didn't five 5 is the wait at the concessions was extremely long and it seemed like there wasn't much order to how things were being ran and it wasn't the cleanest. However, I understand how hard it can be with all the people and popcorn flying everywhere. Seats were comfortable and it was cool inside

Review based on last 4 visits… 3/4 visits all had bad bulbs and the viewing quality had my questioning why I still love going tot he theater. That bathrooms were all horrible, and the floors almost stole my shoes because of how sticky they were each time. Sadly if this keeps up, I don’t see this theater lasting as I’ll choose to drive further for a better experience or just wait on Amazon to make it available and watch it in 4k 80 inches. Sad day for the movies to see this, this is also coming from someone whose summer jobs used to be working regal.

run down and a little bit dysfunctional. signs over the theatres didn’t work, so we didn’t know which room to go in. only got told “go left” by the person in the front, so we were on our own. after 3 attempts we made it to the right room. no indication that the movie was “starting” in 15 minutes. 5 minutes after the posted start time, the trailers started playing for the next 30 minutes. after a quick nap in the non-reclining chairs, the movie started and it was enjoyable enough.

Worst theater experience I've ever had. No one is even checking tickets so I'm not sure WHY I paid. Free movies for everyone!!! Front ticket window was not open, had to wait in line at the concessions to get a ticket. Missed 2pm showing because we waited 30 minutes even though we were only 6 people back. I saw 5 different people swap out behind the register we were in line for. The girl barely could take the order. She didn't tell us where to get our dip n dots or give a spoon or tell us where anything was located. Didn't allow us the option to choose our seats unlike the person in front of us. The theater was overpriced probably because this is the only place to go really in Rock Hill to see movies The bathrooms were disgusting. The floors were disgusting inside the theater as well like they hadn't cleaned them in months. It smelled awful. The seats were uncomfortable and they don't even recline. Whole place needs a major renovation. You'd think it was 1997 in there. I will never return maybe except to watch free movies since there is no one checking. LOL

Excellent theater. Just saw the movie Sound of Freedom. It's a must see movie based on real life events. There are more people in slavery today than in any other time of human history. God's children are not for sale.

This place has gotten pretty bad. They must have taken a horrible hit from Covid. When we arrived at 5 o’clock, trash cans beside the concession area were literally overflowing. Even more concerning was the attitude of some of the staff when they were serving a special-needs couple in front of us. The lady came over to get clarification where the straws were, and after telling her they were at the end of the counter, the employee rolled her eyes as if to make a display of being irritated in front of the other staff. The theater we were in had a busted speaker on the front right side and One of the accent lights in the wall flickered on and off during the entire movie. During the movie I went to use the men’s restroom, and was astonished at the post apocalyptic environment I felt I was walking into. Here are some of the pictures. It’s just bad. The entire theater is bad. I hate it for them because they have been a staple in rock Hill for so long, but this is really unacceptable. And they continue to charge full price.

The seats don't recline, and at times I could hear a little from the adjacent theater. My friend's popcorn was fresh and flavorful even without butter. We had to sit thru thirty-five minutes of trailers before getting to watch "His Only Son."

Went here last week to catch the new super Mario movie with my wife and son. Barely made it into the theater because the line to the concession stand was almost out the door. Took roughly 20 min to get to the front to place our order. We ordered nachos, cashier tells us they’re out of cheese, okay. Let us get two hot dogs, we only have one! Great! Ordered a hotdog which was a bad mistake because the bun was hard as a rock and the dog itself was old and chewy. and they ran out of ketchup. Large popcorn wasnt even filled to the brim. Might I add this was in the afternoon. Men’s bathroom was horrendous as well! This place def went down hill. Would not recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff, Great Popcorn, plenty of space to not feel crowded. It’s nice being able to have seat numbers so you don’t have to stand around trying to find a place to sit. Easy parking
