Please do not stay hereThis woman scammed us out of $445JODI ANGEL the owner did NOTHING about bed bugs found in the bed. My husband was bit by bugs from this motel and La Crosse Health is investigating it. Naturally, we demanded a refund. JODI ANGEL then CHARGED us the $445 she was supposed to refunded us. She has since ignored our phone calls. Times are extremely hard and this woman robbed us. Also definitely a lot of drug deals and shady stuff go down there, very gross place. Never give them your card info, she charged money from our account right in front of us she agreed on paper to refund.

Bed bugs !!!!! Found a bed bug in room 12. 2 nights before, I was bitten 5 times , 4 on my arm and one on my leg, I chalked it up to spiders as it was extremely cold outside and warm inside . Called front desk the night I found the bed bug only to be told “there’s nothing I can do about it now , I’ll take care of it in the morning “ by the lady at the front desk. When I was getting ready to leave in the morning , the lady from the front desk called the room , I answered and she asked when I’d be leaving so she can come in and check the room. I had left after the phone call to go do laundry, I had called the front desk again and asked for my money back $895 plus $100 deposit and had told her I’d pay for the week I was there . She told me that she could give me $645 back , $200 of it in cash. I said that was fine and I’ll be down to get checked out . When I’m the office, she had me sign a receipt it was written on a piece of scratch paper… , gave me $200 cash and asked to see my card to put the remaining $445 back into my account . But she didn’t, she charged my card an additional $445 instead of refunding me $445. I showed her the receipt, and she reversed the charge then and there in the office before I had stepped out to leave the property. They have yet to refund my original $445 from the beginning . I called the front desk again and told them I want my refund , I was told they were contacting their bank to get it refunded but it could take a few days to receive the original refund of $445 which is strange because they refunded the second $445 charge in a matter of minutes. Small claims are no involved , La Crosse County Health is now involved and now I’m out $445 . Don’t ever stay here . They tried to steal from me and I was lucky enough to catch it.

Well how to start the pictures are well made, the sleep was marginal had people playing loud music at 1am also people driving in and out at all hours, at 3 am a pizza delivery driver stopped in front of our room. Seemed like a drug deal he went to the back rooms behind our row. Checked the pizza place and it closes at 11pm. So make your own determination. That happened each night we stayed, Thursday thru Sunday they need to clean the clientele up. Other than that beds were ok and cleanliness was ok but they are not refurbished rooms.

We didn't have too many problems when we stayed here. The owners here are nice not at all rude. People seem to see them rude but they are not. Ya it can be noisy here with traffic but is not a bad place to stay. If your uncomfortable with the temperature just let them know and they will adjust it for you. They do try and make people's stay comfortable. If you have a problem just politely let them know.

Stayed for almost 60 days when between apartments. Repeatedly bitten by bugs which owner claimed were fleas but stopped after Orkin came in. Our room was entered at least 3 times a week I only used the deadbolt but would come back to find the bottom lock locked for no reason as they stopped cleaning the room after 2 weeks, also refused to provide towels or sheets saying we needed to provide our own. Owner and family were rude and threatening, wouldn't refund deposit or remaining rent after we left early. Would not recommend- go to Motel 6.

Very misguided management, it seems they care more for a fast dollar than they do their patrons and one has to supply their own toilet paper than you are lucky if they clean your room every other week if you want to call it clean and be sure if you're checking out to be out on time or they will charge and add an extra day to you at full price. And on a final note they don't like it if you have visitors and have no problem letting you know this even if you dish out an outrageous monthly price.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The rates are very reasonable and the staff was very nice. Not all rooms have coffee pots so off you would liked one ask. The motel is quiet and we would stay again if the opportunity arises.

1997 Summer the owner was a crook and tried to make fraudulent charges. Rooms were not very clean then either. Hopefully owners are different.Rooms: 1/5

Probably the most affordable motel in La Crosse for extended stays. Nice setting, lots of trees, birds, and space to grill out. Alright rooms, not noisy at all. Good staff. Definitely recommend for weekly or monthly stays.

This place is the worse motel. U can't control the heat. It very cold. The WiFi is horrible.slow,signal weak. Noting but drug attic's an drug deals. The room has a 12inch tube tv. The staff very unfriendly. Will charge u extra or fine u for any little thing.
