Marcus East Park Cinema

It's fine but an older theater and more run down. Theater I was in appeared to have some damage at the top of the screen. Dreamlounger was comfortable and worked well. Staff was polite. Overall it was an alright experience, but not my go to theater in town.

Ok, I've never had any problems here. It's clean, popcorn is good BUT they never had good movies playing here. Instead of a newer movie they'd rather put Harry Potter 3 on the screen. It's weird. Play better movies.

The lounge chairs need replaced they are disgusting to see, I flashed my phone light on them looking for something since the lights weren't on after the movie. I was really freaked out, they were very scary, gross to see there old, all peeled away, theres black spots all up and down the seats, the cup holders are so sticky with dirt residue. Like there never wiped down. I also think the surround sound could be a better. Everything we go the concession stands are dirty, drink area and the napkins salt table is very gross and sticky. Like nobody watches that and stands by to clean. Prices of popcorn. Is just ridiculous, no reason a soda and popcorn need to be the expensive. For how much the movies costs when you can watch at home it's sad to see the quality go down not sure where the money goes? Both ice machines were out of ice the drink fountains just looked nasty can imagine the mold inside. Yet nobody ever is attentive to those areas and 1 salt shaker? Sorry I'm not impressed won't go back there if we don't have to.

The staff are great, the dreamloungers are super comfortable, and I like that it's not as crowded as the downtown location. I will stay away from their tap beer in the future though, it tasted like the lines hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

I used to love East Park, but they have gone downhill. Their chairs really need replaced and cleaned. I am always uncomfortable sitting in them. Don't have any photos, will update next time

Nice atmosphere. Good popcorn. Wonderful seats. Staff could be a little more personable.

Today we attended this theater to watch the movie Sound of Freedom. When we got to the counter to get our tickets that I prepaid for, we found out that I got tickets for Saturday not Sunday. The manager and employees, still let all 6 of us attend the movie with no charge. I was very thankful they did this because I know they didn't have to.

Went to see little mermaid, the screen went black right where it was close to ending had to go inform staff. Missed a chunk of the movie. Was sold out of collectible cups and buckets. I only like this location based off the style of seats because they recline.

Love the dream liner seating and the assigned seating when you purchase your tickets. Besides a regular confession stand they have a small restaurant where you can order food, meals and adult beverages. Definitely a plus. Lots of free parking near the theater. Download their app to save time and money on tickets or food.. Good stuff.

I took my kid’s to get popcorn and the counters were full of butter and salt. I couldn’t even set my purse down. I asked the girl at the counter to please wipe it off and she just stared at me. In the middle of the movie I went back to get more salt and the end counter was the same way!! Very dirty and disgusting
