The seating is very comfortable! These lazy boy like chairs are enormous and recline. The popcorn is well buttered and the viewing experience is excellent. I’m coming from out of town, so having those large comfortable theaters where the ticket prices aren’t exorbitant is refreshing. I hope this can stay that way.
The seats are very comfy plus the sound and screen were great. The prices at the concessions however are heinous. Two Icee's and 2 regular popcorns ran over 30 dollars.
I haven't been to this theater in a couple of years. At this particular visit the time it took to get a ticket was horrendous. Both lines were at a snails pace. After getting through the ticket line we went to the concessions where there were five or so lines available. This seems great but once again none of the lines were moving. As a long time retail worker I understand that the indecisiveness of customers can greatly impact the speed of service but I've never really had this issue at the east park theater.
Amazing staff. Great seating in any auditorium. Management is so helpful whenever there is a problem. Parking garages conveniently around!
We loved this movie theater when we lived in Lincoln. We recently moved to Boston where apparently they don't have many here, let alone good ones. It made us appreciate Marcus Theaters and especially the Lincoln Grand Cinema even more! Great movies, great people. Extremely comfortable seats! We loved that you played anime movies and we enjoyed the Twilight Saga Marathon as well! We'll miss you!
Went to theatre to see Barbie. Unfortunately, our seats wouldn’t recline, no plastic cups available and no black popcorn buckets as an option. The five star experience is dropping. So sad. Can we get a good theatre in Lincoln please.
This is a great location with a lot of personality. Parking was a little challenging, but not impossible. The theatre was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The movie was good and the theatre was not too warm or cold but the perfect temperature.
Had a great time bringing my grandson to see the movie, haven't been since COVID, had an awesome time. Seats are large and comfortable.
Watched the new Spiderman movie. Gotta say the reclining seats make the experience so much better. A large popcorn and 2 drinks had no business being $25 but def worth it. Go check it out.
Last night was the worst theater experience I've ever seen. Over a dozen people talking loudly and scrolling tiktok at full volume. I went to talk to management several times during the movie to see if they could do anything about the problem patrons but the security didn't want to remove anyone. I don't believe I ever want to risk going to this theater again.
