Was in a pinch for a new florist. The folks my family used for years has since retired and closed up shop. Most Charming, you enter to a wide open space and packed coolers of floral arrangements ready to go. Respectively and Reasonably Priced! The space is warm and welcoming and you are greeted with a friendly hello. YES Marianne is a REAL person who is in shop ready and willing to be of help or chat. This was a first visit for me and I'll Be Back.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This florist does not honor their 100% satisfaction guaranteed slogan. Our close to $400 arrangement had several issues. one being the picture on the website is very misleading the stand they show the wreath on is 10 times smaller than the ones that are used at the funeral homes all funeral homesand the fullness of the flowers on the 22 inch wreath is not as full in real life. the other problem was the ribbon had the engraved words in red on a red ribbon which was impossible to read. the biggest issue i had was no card attached to the wreath so although the givers were not present at the funeral they had to hear that no one knew who gave the wreath. Quality control issues big time. All she did was blame me or the Timothy Dole funeral home saying it was all men who made these errors and what do they know. Like that's acceptable response to customer. What was alarming is when i called to share these errors to prevent these quality control problems going forward for others she interrupted me several times and actually said "you have been a pain since the beginning with 4 phone calls" then hung up on me. Let me say I didn't make 4 phone calls to order our flowers, maybe that was another relative? The customer service needs alot of work and their prices for what you get are overpriced. I know she is going to reply with denials and putting the blame on me but as god is my witness who tells a customer they have been a pain and hangs up the phone.
I got a beautiful flowers here last week. Thank you for the help choosing. Really brightened up my home, and I will certainly return when these start looking less fresh! STUNNING colors of Gerber daisies to pick from.
Unfortunately the funeral arrangement that I ordered was just terrible. I requested pink roses and pink day Lillie’s if available. For 75 dollars before tax and delivery my arrangement consisted of 3 roses and maybe 6 closed day Lillie’s. You could not tell they were day Lillie’s. I was so embarrassed when I saw the arrangement at the funeral parlor. Called owner she said she was sorry that I was not satisfied but offered no other customer service recovery. Would not recommend.
Marianne was accommodating and thoughtful and sent a tremendous collection of beautiful flowers. My wife who was away from home on our anniversary was delighted and thankful. I would highly recommend them.
Marianne's is great! I've used them a few times now for short notice deliveries and they've been fantastic. Mom has been delighted with every bouquet. The florist's choice bouquet was the best of all.
I have ordered from the florist several times & I cannot say enough great things. Their customer service is phenomenal , their arrangements are gorgeous & the care they put into their products shows! I highly recommend them for all of your floral needs. Judy Motter
Mariannes has been the GO TO florist in Poughkeepsie for 30 years! I always call for the most personal experience possible! Through the pandemic I have sent flowers to many friends and family and despite not always getting my first choice due to shortages, the products received have been great quality and the care taken shows! Can't go wrong ordering from Marianne's
top notch , goes above and beyond for her customers.
Always the best service and most importantly, beautiful arrangements!
