Marsden Pharmacy

It has recently been brought to my attention that my mother had a prescription from doctor which you reduce refused to fill per your "policy". You REFUSED a well known prescription that has been used for THIRTY SEVEN YEARS, because you wanted to play politics. Apparently you need to be reminded of your role. You get prescriptions from DOCTORS who consult with THEIR patients to come up with the best treatment plan for their illness. YOU are not the doctor. YOU don't know the patient like the DOCTOR does. The DOCTOR decides which medicine will work best, and your job is to fill the prescription THEY picked out. After probably two decades of using you for a pharmacy, I would never have expected this from you guys. I'm leaving this public review so everyone else will know you like to play politics with people's lives. If my mom had died because you refused to fill her prescription, we'd be having an entirely different conversation. Unprofessional and unbelievable. You've lost a very long time customer.

They are always helpful and patient and kind. I had a panic attack while I was there one time, and the pharmacist helped me through it. I will never forget it.

Not much in the actual store but they always get your prescriptions ready quickly and they are always polite and friendly.

Marsden pharmacy is awesome the staff is friendly helpful & prompt with prescriptions. They always say Hi when I walk in the door & grab my prescriptions, they deliver if I can’t make it in. They call my Doctor if I need refills. There a small town business and I like that.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Marsden Pharmacy. Marsden Pharmacy has great staff, there always happy and give great service. We moved from NYA about a year ago, to Chaska, and we drive 20 minute to enjoy there friendly faces!

Staff always friendly and helpful. I can walk in with a prescription, and get it filled in a very short time, excellent service.

Always get my prescriptions filled quickly, and they are always correct dosages etc.

Walgreens wanted $120 for my script, target wanted $50 and these guys only $20. Very prompt and friendly and cheap!

Great pharmacy and very happy to assist me with any questions. Never a frown in sight!
