Shopping in this store gives me so many ideas for decorating. This store is clean and well organized. The cashier are fast at checking you out. I was on a lunch break and in and out fast. The price and quality of merchandise are fair. Happy shopping
I love Marshall’s because they have the most self care items. They have the name-brand bags and such just like the other Marshall’s. It’s even more cleaner but there are still things all over the floor in here. The dressing room was very active and there was someone present. The products weren’t just randomly placed but categorized. This is a huge transformation compared to the last time I was in here. They’ve really taken their reviews into consideration.
Great selection of products, especially t-shirts. And there must be something special about this store because there was an usually number of young ladies in this location
It's a nice clean store but every time I come to this store looking for hello kitty stuff's they're been saved by the employees to buy and don't let other customers have the chance to buy it Today this one employee had a Cart full of hello kitty merchandise that someone saved it for her and her daughter to buy And I already contacted corporate about it because I don't think it's right
I had rude, unclassy, and unprofessional behavior from cashier Milageros or Milagiros which happened between 5:20 pm to 5:50 pm on 7/22/2023 when I went to do a return. The first cachier helping me was helpful but her coworker, Milagiros, who came to help as we were having issues matching the receipt with one of the returns has an uncivilized and trashy attitude for someone in customer service. She was wiggling her head, rolling her eyes, wiggling her fingers in my face, etc. This is all on video. Her behavior started because when they mentioned they will send someone to get similar item to compare I told them I will run to grab it as I know where they are and will save time. When I came back she started scolding me like a child so when I asked to start talking to me like that she started rolling her eyes and wiggling her head, raising her voice and being extremely unprofessional. Even when I asked for her name she wiggled her fingers with a rude tone saying she will give it to me and when she wrote it down she slammed the paper she wrote it on on the counter and walked away. Aisha, the manager came later and was professional, friendly, and offered a better solution. This shouldn't be the person representing Marshalls as a business. This type of attitude seems to be common here because if you look at a lot of the poor reviews, they mentioned bad customer services from the employees. A lot of them seem to bring there horrible manners from home to their job.
Store has a bunch of different stuff. Mostly outdated clothes. It's not too disorganized if you're in to hunting for items. The skin and hair care section is overwhelming though. I dont expect much from Marshall's so 3 stars it is.
Had to exchange some earrings and although the line was super long and they were pretty busy I had no problems and I find that they have slightly more people who work the cashier position than Burlington
Organized, well stacked, reasonably priced, medium tier brands, and much more. Everything you may need; clothing, shoes , bags, house and kitchen, and much more.
Marshalls at this location is kept clean and well organized. Every department fully stocked with varieties of name brands to select from. Men's department has a big and tall section. The home department has so many pretty and exotic decor. Marshalls also has unique foods,seasonings and cooking oil if you're a foodie and open to try different things. Marshalls has law-away system that gives up to 3 months to pay in full. Fitting rooms are available to customers. Restrooms available to customers. Marshalls has great customer service with an go to attitude
Ok, but some of the beauty products are not the same quality as a regular store, the ingredients are a little off.
