I feel super disappointed I love shopping at the chain stores their prices their exceptional items but I had an experience. Fatal in this store I lost my keys and I realized when you are paying and it was time to close I asked the manager if someone found them he said no and I started looking for them through my phone and to follow the sound and he was too rude to come out that I didn't have to be there to come back tomorrow I told him I can't go because I don't have the keys and they are the ones for the car they are ringing and I will find them he told me that HE DID NOT CARE ABOUT MY KEYS AND HE WAS NOT THE ONE WHO GIVEN THEM I HAD LOST THAT I GO OUT how sad that there are people like that
I do not recomend this place, one of the cashier did a mistake, so when i went back, i spent over the time on waiting for getting my money back, plus the lady never apoligize.
I love Marshall’s can always find good deals.
Great clean place with a wide variety of items to shop for. Definitely coming back
I had to stop by and get a gift and I didn't know what to get so at Marshall's they offer plenty of things to choose from. From clothes, shoes, household products so I was able to find a few things and I was on my way. Was not offered any assistance but I didn't need it anyway. Will come back.
I used to work here and while most of the associates were great, some of the management were awful. You could tell who their favorites were and if you weren’t a favorite, they dismissed you and were extremely rude. I was reading through some of these negative reviews and the store manager who customers and staff had a problem with is Nolan. I am not sure how nothing has been done to remove him yet but he is not a people person so a different profession would be best. We had staff quit left and right because of how they were treated. Don’t get me wrong, some of the management were amazing but Nolan was rude to customers and staff.
Good selection, and I got what I needed. Pretty good prices but not really the bargains I have found years ago. Clean and nice, and big!
They used to have a great variety of stuff. They're more organized now but I feel they have less inventory now.
Tried these on and loved them for only 19.99
I love the selection of home items available.
