I needed a metal mattress frame, and found one online located at Mattress Firm. I took a screenshot and brought it to the store. Rafael seemed to be the only worker in the store, but he came directly to meet me and confirmed the model was in stock. As we discussed the item, it became clear that a different one might be better for me. Rafael explained that I already had much of what I needed, such that another model might be more appropriate. When I asked if the price points were similar, he told me the more appropriate model was actually about 30% less expensive. I was quietly impressed: Rafael wasn't concerned about making a larger sale in the short term. Without even thinking about it, he understood that in the long run a loyal and satisfied customer is worth far more to the business -- and to himself -- than a few more dollars in the moment. To top it off, Rafael then hoisted the bulky box on his back and placed it in my car. It wasn't terribly heavy -- I carried it into my house. Rafael was simply a professional, providing excellent customer service. Kudos to him, and to Mattress Firm for maintaining a solid local business in this community.

Went in on a Sunday morning w our kids. The manager was super helpful and kind. He was somehow able to simultaneously entertain our kids and educate us on options, ultimately helping us to pick out a great mattress. Very satisfied!
