Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered my large numbers of questions, and we didn’t feel time pressured or overly guided to a decision. Bought it on a Saturday morning and it is being delivered the next day! On a holiday weekend. Wow!
Sue was a great help to me in picking out a new mattress. The price was very good too. This is the only place I’ve ever shopped for mattresses. I highly recommend them!
Edit: Great experience turned into one of the worst and a real learning experience for other large investments. Weeks after investing in a temperpedic Queen, we came to the conclusion that it just was not big enough for us. I had raised these concerns when buying the more expensive queen over the cheaper king I-series, but Chris assured me that the show room made the beds look smaller and the queen would be plenty of space. I was told not to worry about it because if I wasn't satisfied I could merely pay a restocking fee and switch beds using the 120 day sleep guarantee. What Chris forgot to mention was that the $1,200 dollar base was not included in this even with a purchase of a $300 dollar 10 year warranty. So that's $1,500 plus the restocking fee of $250, so now we are $1,700 down the drain. When we returned to make the exchange, suddenly his tone changed and he told us we should not have downgraded from king to queen because we were losing 16 in of space. He then tried to talk us out of taking advantage of the free base promotion our new mattress had, but gave no explanation as to why it would not be suitable. Just go a head and shell out $800 dollar more for a more quality base. When pressed on why the base was not suitable, he refused to answer, instead repeating "thats a lot of mattress for that base". On my third try I point blank asked "are you saying it will break the base- yes or no?" And he tried to answer with a car related metaphor. Unfortunately this second interaction made it clear that the only thing he was concerned about was his commission, and not our needs. The delivery guys were confused that they were not taking back our old base, as they usually do when the customer has purchased a warranty so we feel we have been taken advantage of in a big way. Side note, however, both times the delivery guys were great- professional and courteous. We had a great experience with Chris. He was very informative, and the perfect amount of helpful with out feeling like a pushy car sales man. We have never felt happier with a big ticket purchase as we did today. We highly recommend having a conversation with Chris if you’re looking to upgrade your mattress.
Sue was very knowledgeable and accommodating our expectations. She was able demonstrate differences between so many options and guide us in a way to find the best match both budget wise and sleep style wise. Delivery was next day and also without any issues. It was a great experience overall.
It was an unpleasant experience. It seemed as though we were bothering the salesperson. We knew exactly what we wanted and it was an easy purchase, we just bought a box spring, but our salesperson was not friendly and had there was very little social interaction.
My husband and I went in on Saturday and had our new bed by Monday. Chris was very knowledgeable and helped us choose a mattress and adjustable base and at a great price. He wasn't a pushy salesmen and we are so happy with our purchase! Thank you so much Chris and Mattress Firm!

Limited to just 4 lines on this stupid format so here goes-excellent website, competitive prices, next-day delivery by superior guys - I am VERY pleased! Allentown area.
Needed an addition, to the guest sleeper sofa; and with Chris' help, we got EXACTLY what we needed. The 8_inch "snug" memory foam 13" total now gives our friends/family a great nights sleep... no neccessarry.
