Trellis of Erie

We stopped in to purchase some furniture and bowls. We didn’t experience the same level of customer service as we did in the past. We tried asking the woman who was standing at the end of the cash wrap near the window a question. She seemed so annoyed that we asked her a question. She couldn’t even bother looking up from whatever she was doing to answer us. We left disappointed and went across to Traditions where we were greeted warmly, we found some furniture we absolutely love and can’t wait until we get it home. Shop at Traditions you’ll receive better customer service there.

I'm from Scottsdale, AZ and whenever I visit family in Erie, I always make a point to shop at Trellis. I never fail to find a special gift for someone or for myself! and wish that we had a Scottsdale Trellis. Their furniture pieces are so special and I always see something I'd like to have. Their lighting items are unique and beautiful as well as their rugs, home goods, and clothing/jewelry items. I was just at their holiday open house in early November and found several must-have items. The staff is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Erie, you have a treasure in Trellis!

Trellis is the best!!! I tell everyone from Erie or thinking of visiting that they have to stop here. There’s something for everyone from trendy, to fun, to timeless and elegant! The owner and girls in the store are super friendly and always willing to help with ideas. I wish I lived closer so I could go more often. If you haven't been here yet you need to go!

Trellis is my favorite place to be. If I am looking for furniture I have bought chairs rugs bought one art work have bought three pictures or custom made curtains,lamps,etc., there is no better place to shop. Plus, all of their accessories, including Christmas decor, Trellis has the best in Erie. If you want to enjoy your shopping experience with professionals that offer great advice along with a lot smiles that make you want to come back for more, Trellis is the place to go.

Great selection of furniture, home decor, and even some women's accessories. I found quite a few gifts for family members and they loved them!

One of Erie's few places to find unique, high end gifts! The store is thoughtfully arranged by decorating style making it easy to find things that suit a particular taste. No shortage of selection!!!

Went looking for some different Christmas ornaments as gifts. They had a lot to chose from, was hard to make a decision. Picked 3 they put them in boxes and wrapped them. Exceptionally polite and helpful. Definitely recommend not just for Christmas but anytime.

This past weekend I stopped in to look for some pieces for my home but when I tried to park my car there were chairs in the parking spots. I went to find another place to park but this woman who looked very annoyed flagged me down and ran up to my car. Then she starting quizzing me about parking my car. I can't say I ever had that happened before! Odd way to conduct business by pushing people away. I just left and went to another furniture store and found what I needed.

Great store. You can almost always find what your looking for here. In my opinion, erieite quality accents are best found here.

Trellis has great bedazzled face masks. I have received many compliments on my face masks from here!
