Our salesperson Shaheem was fantastic. Went through all my options and helped me decide on the best mattress for me. No pressure at all. Was understanding that I wanted to think about the purchase and we even met him at a different location to buy my bed. I even bought a nice new pillow. He was extremely accommodating and a big help in my decision. I recommend him and the Mattress Firm in Poughkeepsie NY very highly. Can't wait to sleep in my new bed.
William, the sleep expert at the store was very helpful. I appreciated when I first entered the store that I was politely greeted and acknowledged but was given time to wander around the store. William let me know if I had any questions that he would be happy to help. After sometime I had decided on a couple of possible mattress choices and William was knowledgeable and was able to provide estimates for both options. When I returned back to the store today with my decision, William shared some additional information about my choice of mattress and helped set up a delivery date. At no time did I feel the pressure to purchase anything. It was pleasant shopping experience!
Walking into the store we were so overwhelmed by all the new mattress options available. We are grateful to Shaheem. He is so incredibly knowledgeable he made our mattress selection so much easier. Weekend delivery a real bonus. The guys that delivered our bed had a large heavy mattress upstairs. They were experienced and skilled delivery men. We were thankful for the fantastic communication and the narrow delivery time window. Our experience has been stellar from beginning to end.
Recently purchased a new mattress with the help of Bill Smith he’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Did not feel rushed or pushed throughout the process. There was a small hiccup with the original delivery date but Bill took care of it. When I received my bed the delivery crew was professional, efficient and friendly. Have had my bed and adjustable base for a few weeks now and am very happy with my purchase!
Bill was my sales person for my January 2023 boxspring purchase. What a fabulous, kind, fun, helpful employee. Every company’s should want an employee like Bill!
