Mcclenny Funeral Service

From the moment the staff came to pick up the remains of my Mother, the Mcclenny staff showed extreme care. They showed compassion and care to the utmost!! The one thing I admired was the LOVE they showed in preparing my Mom for the viewing, everyone said she looked beautiful!! Thank You to the McClenny staff in Charlottesville VA for a job well done.

You would think funeral homes would be compassionate, kind, and thoughtful towards the bereaved family during such a difficult time. McClenny Funeral Services was one of the worst experiences our family went through with my grandfather's passing. Constant delays with his death certificate, lies, excuses, not returned phone calls. Horrible customer service and inconsiderate of the family. Needless to say we went to another funeral home for my grandmother's passing.

My children's father passed and instead of listening to the wishes of my children they listened to his girlfriend who by law had no say so in anything. So I don't recommend them at all.

I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE IT 1 STAR BUT I HAD NO CHOICE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE. THEY TALK BAD ABOUT THEIR STAFF BY SAYING THEY ARE THIEVES YET THEY STILL WORK FOR THEM. NOT TO MENTION WE WERE POTENTIAL CLIENTS OF YOUR BUINESS WHY BASH YOUR STAFF IN FRONT OF US. BAD FOR BUSINESS. NO COMPASSION. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM OUR FAMILY ATTORNEY IN REGARDS TO HOW IT IS BEING HANDLED AND THE LACK THEREOF.
