My experience with A Better Creation has been outstanding, exceeding my expectations. I came to Better Creation prior to my mother’s passing and paid for their services in full. Months later once my parent transitioned, they fulfilled every promise they claimed. There were no hidden fees, which made everything easier for me Since I was short on finances living in another state several miles away. Which didn’t allow me to be there in person. We chose A Better Cremation for our father not really knowing what we were doing and what to expect while trying to honor his wishes. We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Jeff. We were able to come in and go over what we were looking for and Jeff was prepared to answer any questions we had. We were treated with respect and knew our father would as well while keeping with his wishes. Jeff didn't try to sell us anything, or try to pitch anything to us, and that was an absolute relief. Ultimately, without Jeff and A Better Cremation, I don't think we would've been able to navigate these murky waters with as much grace while keeping my father's dignity in tact.
