We had a very positive experience with Teague Funeral Home. Their professionalism and personal care was consistent throughout the process. We were told by the funeral director that they would honor our family as if it were their own, and indeed we were treated with great care and respect. We never felt rushed or hassled. We were given ample time to make many decisions. We were provided flexibility and a good explanation of the process. We would like to especially thank Keri Richardson for managing the whole process, for her empathy and for unparalleled organization skills. She is a true professional. Thank you for honoring my dad.
When our loved one passed 2 weeks ago, they were called to come for transport. The directors that arrived were so kind, professional & compassionate, They treated mom as a person, asking a little about her & gave private time with her before they took her. That meant a lot. Nakaya called the next day to see how I was doing. She was wonderful throughout, so professional. When I went to sign papers 2 days later, we were again given private time with her before cremation. .I picked up her ashes 2 days ago & again, so much kindness, professionalism & compassion, it was a difficult time for me & she understood that. My husband & I are convinced that when ready to make our final arrangements, they will be handled by Teague. They are wonderful to work with in a difficult time.

Our experience with Teague was outstanding. From the pre-arrangements to the follow up call after the funeral we could not have asked for more compassionate care. Steve was the epitome of kindness.
Facing an unexpected death of my spouse was overwhelming, but the staff had my best interest at heart. Honestly they did not try to sell services that were not needed. Their genuine care was obvious from the beginning and was such a comfort.
Teague Funeral Home employees Bryan and Dayna were very helpful, thoughtful and advised our family wisely in our preparations. They reach out to the family after the funeral process to offer continued help and compassion. We were made to feel like we mattered and were not just another case. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.
The staff at Teague were wonderful in helping my dad and me deal with the passing of my mom. They were incredibly helpful and understanding of our preferences and the arrangements were exactly what we sought. I highly recommend Dayna and Brian Fouraker for similar services.
Dana was very caring, knowledgeable, and professional. She explained the process and costs in detail and made sure we were comfortable with the arrangements. She worked within our guidelines and made us feel valued. When a question arose later she returned our call promptly. She came highly recommended and lived up to our expectations.
