There are two men who work here who are very nice . I book here frequently but the last few times I booked I ran into some issues . For one I am the easiest person to deal with , anytime there was an issue I politely addressed it and even would add in that it wasn’t a big deal just wanted to bring it to light for other guest . However I was rudely told that I did not have to stay there if I didn’t like it . Now I am confused because who in their right mind would like cold water to shower and paying for a room just to get to the motel and get a completely different room than you PAID for ? Correct me if I’m wrong but I think these are issues that need to be addressed at any motel/hotel. I understand I don’t “ HAVE “ to stay there but due to my situation I don’t have a choice . It would just be nice to be treated like a paying customer and not just like we are staying here for free . Definitely won’t go back after this stay and wouldn’t recommend staying here if you can avoid it by any means . Higher up Staff doesn’t care what condition the rooms are in they are just money hungry . Anyone who rated this motel anything beyond a 1 star I really hope you guys are living well at home . To possibly rate this place anything higher than a 1 star if even that is crazy . For one , the higher up management is absolutely disgusting . I told this lady I couldn’t shower before work because of cold water , she proceeded to tell me i was lying and I chose to stay here . Luckily for me she didn’t know she was actually talking to someone who has access to a very high populated social media . I am sorry for any other guest who was treated poorly while staying here when you PAID to stay somewhere. I can promise you all I will be reporting this company and possibly suing because there are mold in the AC units . Rooms: DIRTY , respectfully the maids need to be slapped in the face Safety: Not safe at all please lock your doors day AND night Food & drinks: If you have food , THROW IT OUT before bed or roaches will be all over it Noteworthy details: Just absolutely repulsive. This place will be shut down soon just like the motel that got shut down on Hempstead turnpike
Stayed here for over a year for work. We had between 10 and 40 people here at all times for over a year and I'll tell you we were sort of a rough bunch from time to time to say the least! The owners were VERY personable and we're more than accommodating thru our entire stay. I've been back since just to say hi. In fact I actually got the job I've got now because I was in long island roofing and the woman who I was roofing for pulled out on me in the middle of the night leaving me there stranded with 0 money. ALEX introduced me to a contractor who was staying there and I have worked for this guy off and on ever since and have made some really great friends that are still my friends! Somehow a little hotel in the middle of long island changed my life! Sounds dramatic but it's really true and you never know how things will turn out. I recommend this place to anyone super clean, friendly, and honestly for the money you cant do any better

After showing the man at the front desk our several booking confirmations many times, he said he could not find our booking and scammed us out of our money and refused to refund. Horrible.Rooms: 1/5

I have to create a new review because the first one was done verbecause before the incident the stay at this Hotel was great. I reacted in a very negative way. Even after the situation the hotel did try to rectify the situation and I am grateful for that. One thing I do still feel is that they need to verify everything.Rooms: 4/5
The front desk service attendant was rude. I booked a non smoking room and when I entered the room the smell of smoke hit my face. I asked for a different room. He couldn't do it, so I asked for a full refund. He could only refund me for one night. Don't go here.Rooms: 1/5
nice tucked away hotel . very quiet need a car to get food. Rooms: adequate size rooms. free tv and wifi.
