Visited for a full day business meeting. Had the larger room on the second floor. We had a total of 15 adults in the room with a U seating arrangement. Plenty of space with access to a smart board. Only issue was the temperature control as we could not seem to get right. Would recommend for anyone in need of an offsite location for a meeting.
Wow! This boutique hotel is a true gem! A must stay especially for booking large events. The grounds are beautiful. The service is top notch. The staff is most helpful, even down to lending me a scissor to cut the tag off my garment. The fireplace in the lobby was perfect for gathering and talking with our family that were staying there as well. The rooms are suites that are upscale and comfortable with a separate living room area. The bathroom was large and it had a dressing area too. The bed and bedding are so cozy. I slept very well in it. The free breakfast had many choices to choose from. And don’t miss out on the free fresh ground fresh brewed espresso. Next time I’m back in the area I will definitely stay here.
Cozy yet elegant. Room service and breakfast were delicious. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer. We were here for a wedding. Amazing wedding/ staff / cocktail hour, and the actual wedding dinner. kudos to the staff they were like ninjas. things were getting done on point yet you didn’t see them. Rooms: Great layout. loved the sitting area. Food & drinks: Room service was quick and delicious.
Absolutely pathetic. I called before hand to let them know the time of checkin. They never mentioned that the entire facility doesn’t have any water and the air conditioning is not working in 95 degree summer. I stayed there 2 nights and the ac didn’t works at all. Every time I asked them they said just wait a few hours it will start working. I asked to change my room, they didn’t do that either. Never in my life had such a horrible hotel experience. Also the reception staff seems very racist. They were attending to lighter skinned people way more efficiently than myself.
Beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious, convenient with big drink fridges and very clean. The hotel has a nice pool area as well. We attended a wedding right next to the hotel and it was beautiful from the garden to the reception hall. Rooms: Very spacious suites with a living room area. Nearby activities: Plaza located about 2 minutes away with places like Starbucks, etc.
Stayed in room #353 for two nights July 5 & 6, 2023, booked through Expedia. Checked in around midnight and at the Reception were informed that Water will only be available at 3 am. When entered the room it was extremely HOT as AC was not working. When called the Reception she said AC is also not working because water is not available. When we asked why didn't inform at the checking time, there was no response and if we wanted to cancel the room have to call Expedia. There was not even drinking water supplied they had small water bottle which was sold for $5 each, so we have to find out night Pharmacy nearby to get water bottles. They said AC will be operative when water is available. Till 4 am there was no water, however in the morning at 7 am water was available. Complained for AC to the Reception again at 9 am the following day and response was we don't know when AC will be working, it's only maintenance who can respond as if it was our responsibility to ask their Maintenance. The room inside temperature at that time was 85+ as in the attached picture and it was getting higher and higher with rise of the Sun. Complained many times and answer was yes it will start working soon> When asked for the room change they said it can not be changed as it's same all the hotel rooms. When we insisted they sent a Repairman who within 10 minutes found out that the control panel was not working. The control panel was replaced and around 11.30 AC started working. Highly uncomfortable and painful experience. Rooms: NO AC, NO WATER

In a busy road but beautiful grounds and rooms. The staff is friendly and everything was very classy. Traveled for business... don't think this hotel is for kids but a great getaway for adults.Rooms: 5/5
The desk help could be more helpful, friendly. They didn't mention that the elevator was not working. They didn't mention that the dinner buffet had only one entree, salmon. We don't eat salmon. We had to scramble for another option and ended up just going to Volpe on the grounds. It was ok. Breakfast buffel my unñ hiRooms: 5/5
We were here last Sunday to attend a wedding, we had such a good time, the food at the cocktail hour was excellent with many of my favorites, the reception was also outstanding and there was at least 6 or 8 choices for dinner the food was on the money, the music was nice and everything in general was fantastic.Rooms: 5/5
