The nurses were friendly and obviously love pets of all kinds. Hans was all tail wags and happy even though he felt bad. The doctor was amazing and gentle and solved his ongoing problem that had gone undiagnosed for years. He's like a brand new dog. 10/10 would recommend!
I needed a sameday visit and they accommodated me. You do have to pay extra, but they told me that up front. I feel it was so worth it. Everyone was wonderful, from receptionist, the Vet Tech and the Doctor. I am thankful for them !
Dr Noto and the staff at both locations is the best vet we’ve worked with throughout our puppies lives. From puppies to breeding and now new puppies. If you’re like us and really value your pets care and read reviews I can tell you if you’re thinking of bringing your little family members here, do not hesitate. Great staff here. Informative, caring, and patient with my new puppy onyx. She got spayed recently and the fact that I got pain meds for her was a surprise as the other vets I've been to for my other dogs no longer with us didn't give that or the prophylactic antibiotic. They also called the day after to see how she was doing. Truly a caring practice. Thank you!
I am so grateful to Dr. Ruane he saved my Zoey’s life. He performed a successful emergency surgery for a mesenteric torsion. He is the BEST. Becky kept me updated and calmed me while I waited during Zoey’s surgery. His entire staff is great. I feel blessed to have such caring people take care of my pet.
Thank you so much for taking a great care for my cat. Dr.Turk is very knowledgeable and kind. She answered all my questions. This is a doctor you can trust with your pet. Her assistants and front desk ladies are very polite and nice as well. This place overall is very clean. Plenty of parking. I will recommend it to anyone who are looking for a good veterinarian for their furry friends.

Recently came to Scranton, had my cat as a new patient and unfortunately passed. Staff was incredibly kind and caring for my cat as he aged and passed. Made the euthanasia process simple and gave me time. Never rushed me, never pressured with time. Very understanding when calling in with concerns. Thank you Again Dr.Turk and Staff for your care and kindness.
