From the minute I first spoke to someone on the phone regarding my procedure, then to the minute I walked in there for the procedure, to the minute I left, I was impressed by the efficiency, capability and friendliness shown by every single employee. I wanted to share what the experience I had here today at the Regional Hospital Surgery Center: I cant do that without mentioning all of the team players involved and I hope I didn't miss any of them!! First and foremost I called them and they picked up the phone and there was an actual person on the other line ! I loved that! I got a return call to set everything up quickly. I spoke to a woman that day to gather all my information and everything she told me was exactly. When I arrived today the first person i got to see is Donna from the desk lovely lady. Then Nurse Sandy came out very kin and efficient. Then got to meet Dr. Brown sweet and well rounded and he spoke some Spanish, which inspired me to do the same. ConstanceConnie, her and I clicked right away from one animal lover to another and she had a wealth of knowledge I would of loved to hear more about your 4 cats, and Stephanie she was pure sweetness. and now we had Nurse Joe, a very kind soul and unfortunately for him he was left to hear me ramble on and on post anesthesia with a big smile under that masksorry Joe your were it. I cant forget the star Dr. William Auriemma whom I never met before has a terrific bedside manner and a good sense of brilliance was clearly noted. I was a bit nervous going in and it was my very first colonoscopy, very first many things today, My first IV great job Sandy!. Each and everyone of you were so kind and warm Including the warm blanket thanks for not talking me out of that . This place and staff is highly , highly recommended if i could get another highly lol I would so I give it a 6 out of 5 stars !!! Thank You Staceyleigh
I literally just left from Regional surgery center. I must say it was a comforting experience. The staff was professional and handled me with care. My nerves were definitely eased. Attitudes were upbeat. I felt like I went to take a nap; seriously. Thnks for great service. Sincerely , Latia
I had a procedure here today. I must say that everyone I met from the front desk to nurses to the anesthesiologist and my own doctor, to the nurse anesthetist, in fact all the nurses, were so kind and efficient. Understand when you go that they will do the best to keep things on track. I would definitely use the facility again.
I had my procedure there and I must say the whole entire staff was very compassionate!!!!! Provided excellent care!!! And Dr Bansal is a very very caring concerning Dr.! He is definitely doing is job!!!! I was a little nervous about my procedure!!! They assured me I was over the worst part of it! They took me right in absolutely no waiting!!!! Great staff!!! Thank you to the whole entire team!
Besides the fact that the staff is rude and difficult to work with….. They made me have a physical, even though I already had one five months ago, all to get local anesthesia for a wart!!
During my visit I believe I acquired an infection due to IV insertion gone wroug.After the procedure I acquired Cellulitis in the hand and subsequently in my ankle...disabled for three weeks....Not fun!!
Very warma and caring to my bf. Took great care of him and made him very comfortable. Def 5 stars. Thanks again.
If you get a surgery make sureyout doctor is quality to do that because they will open you them close you and you still need to go elsewhere to get another surgery for the same issue.
Worst customer service ever. You will wait hours to get done and out of there. This place is a joke....never coming here again. Ugh.....
