A weird vibe from this place though past visits have been okay. But this last visit while looking for a shirt for my son to wear for Resurrection Sunday Easter. After about 5 minutes of looking around for a shirt, a gentleman came from the other side of the store and finally asked if I needed help. While there were already 2 other salespeople females working with another customer neither never acknowledged my son or I while in their vicinity. Sometimes, just acknowledging the customers can determine they'll continue patronizing your business.
Came here for to handle my tuxedo rental for my brother's wedding and John the Tailor and Keith the Assistant Manager went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, was knowledgeable of the tuxedo dressware and most importantly....they made sure I looked dapper! Thank again MWH team and will definitely be coming back.

Outstanding service, the young man that helped me, I believe it was Kyle, Kevin? Im not sure. My new suit is perfect and was right on time. I might have to wear this on stage at least once
I have been to this location twice trying to match my son's existing suits to the groomsmen suits for an upcoming destination wedding. An older gentleman "helped" me and pointed out a suit that was and I quote "in the color family" but he did not make an attempt to pull the actual suit to let me compare colors. When I compared my son's suits to the one this man showed me, the color was way off. So I ordered 5 different suits off of Amazon to try to match it up. I went back a 2nd time and the new suits I ordered matched with the one this guy showed me.. I sent the picture to the bride and she stated that wasn't there color the guys had picked out. I asked the man again before I left the 2nd time if that was the actual color and he confirmed his original statement. Luckily I was able to go to a different Men's Wearhouse location and was shown the actual suit. Turns out the existing suits I have matched almost perfectly. So now I have 5 returns to make to Amazon and had to trek out of my way to get a straight answer from someone else. The older gentleman should do his job properly and put a but of effort into helping customers. He could have really messed up this couple's pictures/wedding day just because he decided to be lazy. There were no other customers in the store when I went either time, so it wasn't like he was super busy. I will never go to this location again and if you want to make sure things are done correctly, you would also make the trek somewhere else. First picture shows the comparison of the suit he showed me and the second picture shows the actual suit comparison. Thanks a lot jerk!
Ordered a tux online and it only arrived with the coat , no pants. I asked for them to just send me the rest of the order and they stated to couldn’t unless I returned the jacket first. Unfortunately I don’t have enough time before the event to send the jacket back and wait for another tux to arrive. Online agent was unhelpful.
Incorrect rental sizings, stains and marks on rental shirts and vests and replacement rentals were "lost and gone from the system" so even the correct replacements would not have arrived in time for the wedding. Do not rent from Mens Wearhouse
1st I'd like to mention that I've used Men's wearhouse a few times and never have I had such a wonderful and pleasant shopping experience then I had yesterday. I came in with my future brother in law and his grooms man. It was pretty busy so I knew patience would have to be on a higher level. All of the sales people were assisting other customers so I went to the front desk. I asked the woman at the desk how would I get someone to help us. She stated that there were others in front of us. I asked is there a list or number system to let the staff know we needed help. She said just stand there I'm behind the desk. Alrighty then! After about 10 minutes a sales associate by the name Bart asked if he could help us. Why yes you can. Bart was insightful and attentive. He was patient when I made several changes to the order. In the middle of helping me he made it a point to ask other customers did they need help. I didn't mind because it seemed that his concern for others was very important to him. When I say his professionalism spoke volumes to me and it was greatly appreciated. I never felt like we were a bother to him at any time. Bart you are 1 in a million. Josiah assisted Bart with wrapping up our transaction and was pleasant. If you ever need to use their services make sure you ask for Bart.
Ron is always extremely helpful each time I come in the store. He greets you with a smile. He makes his customer feels appreciated. I love coming to this store. Their selection is vast and I always find what I need.
Terrible place to rent a tux. The ordering process is disorganized and poorly run. Go to a bridal shop instead. You'll have MUCH better choices and service.
