UPDATE: Store manager Jake called and asked that I come in so he could repair this damage to my store business. He did a WONDERFUL job of doing so! He went far beyond my expectations of service recovery, and I'm once again happy. Of note, the sales associate that prompted me to generate this previously horrid review is no longer with the company......well done, Men's Wearhouse! ORIGINAL POST: Purchased almost $800 in clothes here on March 7. Just 19 days later, I went to pick up my suit jacket and return a vest that was faulty the tie in the back popped on the first and only day I wore it, when I sat down. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK!!!!! I was flabbergasted. Not even 30 days......gentlemen, DON'T GO HERE!!!! Customer service today was hideous even aside from the vest thing. I ended going to Joseph Banks to finish my shopping and spent almost 600 bucks.....Never again. Avoid this business at all costs.
Needed a suit for a funeral on short notice. Despite not having my size in the store, the salesman Carmen helped order in my size, and the tailor was able to alter the waist perfectly to fit my bizarre shape in the short timeframe I had. They did me a huge favor and I will be coming back!
So glad the guy with the long hair and Glasses works there, i think his name is Jacob? Said he was the store manager. Great service and so kind to us! Will be back again!
Needed help buying a sports coat. Also need some dress shirts and dress pants. Bought a jacket here before that fit perfectly in a long size. "Sorry don't know what I'd have in your size in stock" said the short young guy who i was obviously inconveniencing and he walked away without helping me to find anything. Oh and why no mirrors in the dressing rooms? Is it too encourage customers to go outside for assistance. How ironic.

Pleasantly surprised by the knowledgeable staff and wide selection of fabrics for custom work. Don't skip them in your next suit shopping effort. I've been to almost all the tailors, retail, and specialty shops in town and found exactly what I wanted here.
Store manager Jake and employee Carmine are fantastic and I was always leave being satisfied and having a GOOD time
We went Men's Wearhouse for our bridal party rentals. This store location in particular was very professional and attentive to our needs. They also have onsite alterations in case something does not fit correctly. They have a wide variety of tuxedos and suits to choose from. Highly pleased with how everyone looked the day of the wedding, everyone was very polished and put together. Highly recommend Men's Wearhouse for your next wedding party rental or special occasion rental.
They used to have a nice selection of big men's clothes but now they only go up to xl.
Both professional and personable. I haven't been fitted for a suit in a while, and the staff there was very cordial, and answered many questions l had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
