Reeds will continue to be my jeweler of choice. Always a great experience shopping in person - Nate has helped me pick out a few pieces over the years and he is a true professional. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure that you are beyond satisfied with the entire process. From initial discussion to following up in the days after to make sure that everyone is delighted with the purchase.
Fantastic experience. I went in to check prices on a watch I was going to buy online. Not only did Kristy show me the same watch, she also showed me better watches. I ended up with the better watch for less money. Buying in person is so much better than online. Especially when someone like Kristy is the person on the other side of the counter.
Truly incredible experience. Kristy S, who helped us was very knowledgeable, patient and made our experience extremely easy. We both absolutely love our bands, the store and the employees. So much to choose from, We will definitely be back! Highly Recommend.
Every experience with the staff at Reeds has been a pleasure. They are friendly, and extremely helpful. They have become like family, Each piece of jewelry that we have purchased they have made a pleasure, even going above and beyond to make the pieces what we envisioned. Really outstanding service. My most precious religious pendant was literally ripped off my neck in South America and I was heart broken. I was able to have a jeweler make me a new one, but wanted a really good chain. Kristy Schultz not only helped me pick something perfect, but she was kind and empathic about my loss. It felt like such a healing interaction ---- not just a sale. My highest recommendations to Reeds and especially to Kristy.

I had an outstanding experience with Kristy at Reed's. The custom engagement ring setting we ended up with was exceptional. I wouldn't use any other jeweler than Reed's for custom engagement rings. Their selection of brand name rings is also extensive as they feature great jewelry manufacturers like Triton, Art Carved, Goldman and Tacori. Highly recommend working with Reed's if you need an engagement ring. I spoke to a number of reputable jewelry companies before selecting Reed's because Kristy at Reed's made us feel comfortable and was highly knowledgable about settings and diamonds. They didn't hard sell anything and they were extremely flexible and open-minded about the process. Reed's completed the design and manufacturing of the setting in record time.
Kristy was great and taught me a lot about how to shop for engagement rings and always went the extra mile to help me get what I was looking for. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
My experience began 4 years ago with Reeds Jewelers in Dewitt. My first grandson was born and my son very sweetly gave me a beautiful bracelet with a charm in the shape of a baby shoe with his sons birthstone inside . I have been coming to this store and visiting Kristy and her staff Again 7 more times for new baby shoe charms for 5 more grandsons and 2 grand daughters. . Each time I visited they were so friendly asking about my new additions. The quality of the baby shoes is wonderful and they are willing to fix any problems I may have. It has truly been a great experience with the staff and the bracelet is as I said before beautiful. We are very blessed to have these babies in our lives and I think we are done . We are busy grandparents with 8 grandchildren under age 4.
As newcomers to the area, and in need of cleaning our special rings, we searched and found Reeds Jewelers in DeWitt. We were impressed by their store—clean, neat, and pleasantly decorated. We were greeted, very professionally, by the store’s Assistant Manager, who listened to our needs, answered all questions we had to assure ourselves of the integrity of the organization. After all, our special rings were very important to us and we didn’t want any chance of losing them, or have them inexpertly cleaned. Being satisfied, we gave our rings to the Assistant Manager for cleaning. He advised us the the rings would be ready in a week. They were ready on time, and they had been cleaned expertly! We were delighted! Thank you Reeds Jewelers.
