Great signature seating and table-side food delivery.  Unfortunately, the kiosk for ordering coupled with the use of AMC wallet and Rewards leaves much to be desired. After multiple failed electronic concessions order attempts Even with the assistance of an employee we had to restart and order at the traditional counter. This was a nearly 15 minute ordeal.

As the film we attended today started, I thought, "Why aren't they dimming the house lights?"  Then I realized A.M.C. Dine-In Menlo Park 12 has light beams installed in every auditorium seat that are so strong, they fade the image at the lower part of the screen; please see the photos I include.  This was distracting, and I could not tell what was happening in a critical scene.  With the previews came an announcement, "Don't ruin the movie," admonishing those who would talk or create other disturbances.  Well, isn't hearing an A.M.C. staff member taking the food order of someone seated near you a disturbance?  Hearing the movie proved as difficult as seeing it.  Okay, okay, it was titled "Talk to Me," but, please, guys, leave that to the actors.  I wish I could go somewhere else, but A.M.C. Dine-In Menlo Park 12 is the last movie house standing in my area.  Fortunately, I can live without it.  There was a time I went out to see a film at least once a week.  Look what they've done to my movies, Ma.

Yesterday I went to this theatre for the experience. Especially for the dine in feature they have. I hated the whole experience all together. At first I got tickets online thinking the whole ticket process would be easier instead of paying upfront. No. It was this whole mess of me scanning the QR code and then getting the tickets. I might as well just have paid upfront and got the tickets. And don’t get me started on the dine in service. It sucked and wasn’t professional or what I remembered last time I came here. We had to leave our seats to go up to this machine to get our food. This defeats the whole purpose of the button to get the waiter. After all that money spent. We had to get our drinks ourselves. Anything bottled we had to get ourselves which I found stupid and a waste of time. Then when we got our food, it was in paper plates. Like I could’ve went to a restaurant without this mess of self service. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I recently visited AMC Menlo Park for the 7:00 PM showing of "A Haunting in Venice" with high hopes for a great movie night. However, my experience was less than satisfactory, and I'd like to share my concerns.  Firstly, the seating in the theater was quite disappointing. Throughout the entire movie, the chairs were rocking back and forth, which made it difficult to concentrate on the film. This definitely took away from our overall enjoyment.  Moreover, the concession stand experience left a lot to be desired. I ordered a large popcorn along with two regular sodas with Order #4751 at Station 94. While the popcorn arrived promptly before the movie started, our drinks took nearly half an hour to reach us. By that time, my girlfriend and I had almost finished the popcorn and were quite thirsty. We requested assistance multiple times from an usher, who reassured us that our drinks were on their way. Unfortunately, the service did not match the reassurances, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated.  I'm a loyal patron of AMC theaters, and I believe that they can do better to ensure customer satisfaction and comfort. This visit was far from the usual quality I expect from AMC Dine-In theaters, and I hope they address these issues promptly to improve the experience for all future patrons.  In conclusion, I hope this review serves as constructive feedback to help AMC Menlo Park enhance its overall service quality. I look forward to a more enjoyable visit on my next trip to the theater.

It is a good theater. Ordering tickets ahead and food makes it convenient. I like that before purchasing tickets it shows show times that have discounts. Staff has been pretty good I have not had issues they have been helpful when I needed it.

I don't know what other people are talking about. Our experience with the wait staff was wonderful. Everyone was helpful. No problem seeing the screen. The only thing is that the chairs are not very comfortable compared to the AMC in Linden.

This is such a great theater, the staff was attentive and friendly. The food was good, had to come here to see my favorite movie. The recliners are comfy, and had my favorite person next to me. Can't wait to watch more movies here.

I have been going there for a long time and I just saw a movie the other day. It was a terrific experience. Definitely recommend.

Very upset with my visit. When we first walked in to the theater it smelled very old and the seats were not cleaned. Small gnats were flying around and it was very unsanitary. After sanitizing our seats and trays that were sticky, I proceeded to place a dine-in order via mobile. After receiving an error message I noticed my bank card was charged. I went to the front desk to speak with someone and they mentioned that I was unable to process the order once inside the theater.  Their is no signage that states that as well as nothing on the website that states this either. I expressed my frustration with the manager who seemed to not care and was told I will be refunded in a few days and that I can just place the order again at the kiosk. So I pretty much purchased two meals that I won't be eating.  I will definitely be disputing this purchase. Not a satisfied customer of AMC at the moment after being a member of premier for years.

Cozy theatres. Nice staff. Clean restrooms. Food & popcorn tasted good.
