Nice small small cabin theaters they have. With multiple movie’s going on in parallel. Popcorn cheesy n other flavors with lot of drinks to choose from however pricey Staff is very nice around 13-15 theaters they have in East Brunswick Square mall. Lot of parking spaces are available. AmC theater have dual entry one from the Mall side and one exclusive for AMC from back. Parking can be done anywhere in East Brunswick parking spaces. Thanks
I'm usually a regular between this theater Menlo and Brunswick Square. But I probably will stop coming to this theater. I was purchasing tickets in person and was told they are now charging $1 seat for preferred seating. Where it shows all the yellow seats in the photo. So now they want us to pay more on top of the ticket price to seat in a decent spot. We are not at a stadium, next we will be paying $20/ticket for closer seats to all view the same screen. They have updated some theaters but the others are still same seating from past 10 years. I also noticed they have changed the popcorn container which is now narrow so less popcorn.
We have been to many AMCs and never had an experience as bad as this one. Before coming I have already seen the bad experience, but didn’t realize it was going to be this terrible. We paid for the movie “No More Bets”. We bought four tickets and only came out as one when it was scanned. We tried to explain we were late already and after a few minutes after the movie was supposed to began, we were informed by email that the movie was cancelled. They refunded us, however they cannot refund the time spent. It took us an hour for us to reach the movie theater. We came to this one because it was the only theater that had this movie and a reasonable time. We will never be coming back to this movie theatre again. No effort spent on customer satisfaction. They could have been better if they had notified us that they cancelled the movie at 4:30 instead of notifying us that the movie starts in a few hours and they “can’t wait to see us”.
Nice theater. It crowded because it was National Cinema day. As a result, the lobby seemed a little small and they needed more restrooms. The staff handled the crowds well though. The actual theater was nice only the seats needed upgrading- a bit worn.
It's okay, not was really cleaned. Seats are not comfortable We re visit again and same issue. Sound system is horrible. As price I am not recommend this movie theater.
A cinema hall that reminds me of the old library in my neighborhood, from my school days - it lacked the shine and gloss, yet would have a place, a facility to run, books to sell or rent and member people not shying away from it. This place has abundant parking place, a great decor, but not-so-glamorous/modern looking foyer as you enter, modestly cleaned washrooms, staff who don’t glare at you and ticket deals that are eye-candies on certain days. The movies play with good and video but you still yearn for a better seating as this business still seem to be in the medieval times of non-recliners, some of which are bit torn and look like they need some serious cleaning. The sound proofing could be better as we could hear overlapping sounds from our neighboring screen.
Great IMAX here. The Dolby screen and theater is tiny. Other than the IMAX, avoid this theater. Make sure to check out the grave of Mary Ellis in the parking lot behind the theater.
I went on a Sunday with a few friends and although we're not regulars at this theater, I probably won't be coming back. We went and saw Batman and although prices were reasonable, the theater is quite visibly older than most others. The bathroom facilities don't get cleaned quite as frequently and upkeep hasn't been kept up. The seats in the theater also are quite narrow and it's hard to get to your seat because there isn't much legroom.
I am VERY disappointed at the quality of this theatre! It has declined sharply! I brought 3 kids to see the Super Mario Bros movie. First, while waiting on the long concession line I noticed there is 1 cashier serving two lines. There's the Priority lane and Regular lane. The Priority lane gets preference over the Regular lane. The Priority lane was long so which meant those of us waiting in the Regular lane would have to wait until the Priority lane was empty before we could be served!! With only one cashier, that meant an extended wait and missing part of the movie. When I mentioned this to Customer Service, I was dismissively told, "It's going to be only a few minutes. You'll just have to wait." As a paying customer, disrespect will not be tolerated! The appropriate response should have been, "I'm sorry for your wait. Let me inform my manager!" Second, the seats are in a dire need for cleaning! Stains, stains, and more stains on every seat is unacceptable! One theatre at a time can be closed while the seats are cleaned! Third, the sound quality of the movie was horrible!! I paid extra money for my kids to see the 3D version. I have better sound from my $200 surround sound system at home!!! The sound in Theatre #2 sounded like someone had a 1 speaker PA system and was using their phone for the movie's audio, sitting next to a microphone!! Until this AMC location makes some changes or upgrades, I'll be spending my money elsewhere, or just staying home and wait until the movie streams!!!
The screen and sound were very good. The seats need a refurbishment, though, at least in the theater we were in. One of our armrests was completely detached from the seats, and the seats were not on a par with other theatres we've been in, like the Reading Cinema in Manville.
