Dr. Anton has a one in a million and I’m grateful for everything she has done for me. Kaylee my therapist has reached me like no other therapist. I don’t know where she would be without these ladies and the Mental Health Center.
Called the main number at 12am looking for my missing sister, waited 3min, lady with a foreign accent answered, gave her my sister's name, she repeated back an incorrect name said she wasn't there and rudely hung up. I called back, same chic did the same thing. I called back a 3rd time to ask for HER name, she immediately hung up. Someone like this should not be working at a place like this, much less have a job!!! She will be reported in the morning! Do not rely on this place for help!
I trusted these people with my child’s mental health. At first everything went great my daughter joined a group to help her with coping mechanisms due to losing her sister in a house fire. She seemed to enjoy it. Trust me I take just as much responsibility for this next part as I had the schedule on my refrigerator. So in her “safe zone” the company thought it would be a good idea to take a trip to the fire station …. With a child who lost her sister In a house fire. When I called the prp director she did tell me she was so sorry she was not aware of the situation. Hold up you mean you don’t talk to her therapist ? To figure out what these children that u work with triggers are ? Well I do but sometimes o don’t get all the information. Oh so you don’t get the reason she is in therapy ? Ok got it. Reached out to the ceo who again was very apologetic however wants my daughter to come back and see their therapist. So you cause more trauma to my child and I lose out on money because I have to take her extra therapy sessions don’t get me wrong I will do what it takes for my child. But why keep pushing the issue of her seeing her therapist again. Like I will ever entrust you with my daughters mental health again.
The Mental Health Center has helped me for makes me sad, because people who need help might read reviews and not come here. I hope not! This place is wonderful!a very long time. Everyone there is nice. The Doctor's are excellent! In my years of going here, I have never had a bad experience. They are about helping people. I don't understand why they have bad reviews. There are always so many patients! I suppose "bad news travels like wildfire, good news travels slow".It
I was 17 at the time had suicidal thoughts and i went and met my counselor and then never got set up with any appointments after that they never called me or anything. A few months go by and i get a letter in the mail stating that i was canceled by them because i never came to any appointments… what appointments? Never have i ever been so confused about something in my life… dont go here if you really need help!
At first I was a bit guarded because of how the mental health center appeared on the outside and when coming in....but this has been a blessing in my life. I enjoy going to see my therapist and am grateful for having them in my life. I know it is not an easy profession to work in. Do not let the outside scare you away or the stigma that can be associated with mental health treatment. I am glad I did not.
Been going there for years. Love the staff. Love my therapist. Absolutely nothing wrong with admitting when you need help. Lifes' been hard. Up and down. Adopted, Single parent, etc... And after my son died from cancer 5 years ago, I knew it was time. It helps so much to talk it out. After hours I can even call 211 There's always someone to talk to.
I first made the call to get help in begining of December, now it’s the end of January and I still have yet to meet with anyone or received any sort of mental help. My assigned counselor has canceled on me twice once without even letting me know my appointment was canceledand I have yet to even meet her. I feel like at this point I could’ve help myself better on my own. Might be the worst place to go if you actually need help mentally.
Was a patient with them for about a year and was never helped with my condition. Was told that my condition was too severe and that they were unable to help me and discharged me without trying to help me find another provider.
No respect for the privacy of patients here Miss one appointment and they'll report you and talk down to you. Disrespectful staff an horribly inconsistent Psychiatrists wont tell you the side-effects of addictive drugs they prescribe Hopefully I can find a new place soon.
