My two-year-old split his head open Thanksgiving morning, and needed stitches. We were so well taken care of. The nurses were very kind, and made him feel comfortable. Sara Formankiewicz, PA, stitched him up, and I really can't say enough about how great a job she did interacting with him. He was completely relaxed, and she explained everything to him as she went. My kids are active, so we'll probably be back :- Thank you for taking such good care of my son.

Absolutely horrible service. I understand waiting at a hospital as there are quite a few people who need help. What I dont understand is why the reception decided to go into helthcare to treat people like they are less then. Condescending rude people, hope they find better help.

went to north today with my 5 yr old who had itchy eyes. Cheryl the admitting nurse was very rude. after taking my 5 yr Olds BP, she asked him if he was a chain smoker. are you kidding me!!!!!?? BP was 116/64. low . so, rude and ignorant. said there is no test for pinkeye. there is. again, ignorant. another mother simply left. really awful person. doctor was no more pleasant. go somewhere else. horrible.

I was going to Dr. Numan for 20 years was all good until I had started having fertility concerns. I want to talk her about my concerns during my annual exam and was told that I can not do both that I would have to make another appointment to discuss fertility concerns. If they can't take time to talk to patients about their concerns without making a separate appointment than how much time do they really take reviewing person's medical history? Feels like they are there for the money and not the for the people.

I will never go here again. I went in at 3:30 in the morning for lower right abdominal pain. The doctor who saw me was incredibly arrogant and the nurse was no better. They told me I had a ruptured ovarian cyst and sent me home with some pain killers. All they did was an ultrasound. Later that evening my pain had not gotten better but worse- I decided I would go to the ER on the West side of Janesville. They ended up taking a CT scan and actually listened to me to only find out I had been having an appendicitis the entire time. My appendix was gangrenous and leaking infection into my body for who knows how long. I ended up in the hospital for 4 days on IV antibiotics, a JP drain, as well as sent home with some strong antibiotics for an additional 10 days. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’m so thankful I listened to my gut no pun intended and went back in to a different hospital. I’ve honestly never had good experiences here but this was definitely my last straw.

Mercy north staff i.e receptionist, doctors and nurses were very helpful and were very friendly and concerned about me and my treatment. They made me feel like I was one of their family or friends they were caring for, thank you with love and appreciation

I love how an appointment is scheduled but it is okay to make you wait an extra 45 minutes because their time is more valuable than mine.

Generally good service.
