Super slow service, drivers take way too long to depart and arrive at set stations. Been taking it over an entire month and they are always late sometimes over 40 minutes late. I’ve been reduced to take Uber to work and metro rapid 720 is NOT CONVENIENT. Aside from that most drivers are rude and mean. I hope they take a better turn for the best in time arrival and departure. Work on this metro.
It doesn't work, they give you the wrong options and the most complicated ones.
