This is a very nice park. The common areas are kept very clean and they have a large rec facility. Big trees provide a green and cool atmosphere. They are currently redoing the landscape around the lake.
I enjoy the BBQing and the pools and the steam rooms.. I also find my neighbors to be very kind. Although the security companies they hire are a joke it is a great safe place to live..
Such a quiet place everyone in the community are so nice. security is allways checking things making sure they're no intruders or anyone in the park thats not supposed to be there. they also have a pantry for people who need it. They have two club houses, they do events there and park community meetings, barbeque areas where all are welcome to use, the park is a pet friendly place walk trails for your pets each trail has pet baggy stops for your pet when you need to pick up after them, they also have a car wash to wash your car. Some members of the community give free masks if you need it. You can get to know your neighbors they love to talk everone cares about your health and watches out for each other.
Westlake Park is one of the finest “mobile home parks” in Fresno. In fact, I would rather refer to it as a.community of manufactured homes. The homes are lovely, well-maintained and decorated individually to reflect the owners’ personalities. The grounds are maintained by a nice staff and there is 24/7 security. Westlake Park is under rent control. My rent increased by only $5 this year. The place is basically run by the residents. Meetings are held to make decisions that affect us all. I looked at parks all over Fresno before deciding to have my home delivered here. I would definitely recommend Westlake Park over most other parks I have looked into in the Fresno/Clovis area.
This is a hidden gem in a bad area of Fresno. Behind the walls are huge mature trees, beautifully landscaped yards, pridefully kept homes, a small pond with families of ducks, a very nice clubhouse, and two greenbelts that allow for beautiful strolls under huge shady trees on hot Fresno summer days.
My friend lives there every time I visit its so clean and nice the grounds are calming and people all seem happy and chatty !
