Miami Restaurant

One of my favorite truly local spots. Do not judge this place by outward appearance. This is a clear example of why you should never judge a book by its cover. The food is incredibly good, fresh and reasonably priced. There are breakfast & lunch specials daily. The eggs & meat are locally sourced & the breakfast sausage is hand made & easily the best I have ever had. Breakfast is the clear specialty, but lunch is also very good. Locals know this place well and there are many daily regulars, for very good reason.

This is a no frills place that surprised us. Pulling up was a little confusing. There wasn't a clear sign and the buildings around it were slightly concerning...but don't be deterred! It is a great spot with families and locals who know and appreciate the place and the food! My husband ordered French toast and it was the best we've had in a while. The grits are traditional, not instant, and they're delicious. The structure may not look like much, but the food and service were great. The inside was clean, and every table was full. I'd go back again! Kid-friendliness: There were families with their children here. Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see a ramp and there are stairs going in.

Delicious old country cooking served with a smile. Waitresses address their customers as sweetheart, baby doll, etc. very sweet!

It's tucked away in an old motel parking lot, but worth it. Breakfast served till 11am. I got there 5 minutes late...would live if they served Breakfast later! Burger was great, fries too. Cute, plenty of parking.Food: 5/5

I've been dining at the Miami Restaurant for many years. The last several times I noticed my plate smelled like an ashtray /cigarette smoke. I watched one of the waitress standing in the back door. She was puffing her lungs out with a cigarette in her mouth. I have no complaints with their food. But, eating off a nicotine smelling dish is more than I can stand. I heard other customers complain about the nicotine smell. I HATE cigarette smoke !!! I honestly don't know if I'll be back. Also, the crowd of old timers is LOUD. You have to yell to place an order..
