All I did was use her access point here at this particular time, however the experience is made very easy and glad I was able to do my transaction without any issue. I have gotten all of my work framed here from 11x14 up to 20 by 24, and I have never had an issue with the quality of their work. If you are looking for a good framing job, I would recommend the Michaels in Rochester road and Avon.
Recently had one of my pick up orders stolen by someone. Gota love the Holidays!. There was a bit if a misunderstanding between myself and the staff when I called the store. I decided to go into the store and I was extremely impressed by how the Office Manager and Store Manager handled my particular problem. A++
Anything and everything you need for crafts, picture frames and wall hangings. This is also the place to go if you want to do a project with your young one. So many different projects you can do with your child or teen for a family get together on a day nothing is going on. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.
I was on hold for 18 minutes 2 times in a row. At the Rochester location. I finally hung up each time tired of waiting. The online shopping says pick up in store in 2 hours and this was 6 hours later. I finally got someone to help me then a manager picked up the phone and yelled at me and said no one had time to look for my yarn, that it was 2 weeks to get an online pick up in store order and hung up on me.
I was helped in framing , she was awesome, and I bought a few more frames than expected due to her recommendation.
Visited this local craft store. Items sought were located easily, and prices were very good. An issue was encountered at checkout; but was resolved by the manager. Lots of free parking on site.
Store has lots of good stuff but it is almost always understaffed! Clerk was friendly, however the manager was very lazy and could not complete an honest price check when requested. The price tag on the shelf was clearly present and unfortunately the manager did not honor it. After the clerk clearly stated that Michael's would honor the price tag on the shelf, if it had not been changed. Loss of sale, poor customer service engagement and quite frankly a lack of integrity in the purchasing process.

I’ve never had a single problem at any Micheal’s store I’ve been to, this Velma or Helda I don’t remember cashier lady was the rudest I’ve seen. She definitely got manners problem. If you see her at the register, wait for any other team member to check you out.
