Good products but the grooming center isn’t great . They never cut my dogs hair right. Even if I show them a picture of how I want my pups hair they say ok and never do it right . I posted two photos .the photo with the bandana is what I asked for , the other photo is what they did . I also said I wanted his tail even with his body hair and he has a bushy tail like a squirrel.
Always well stocked, staff is friendly, and clearance section always has some goodies that you didn’t know you need. My basset loves walking around here getting all the pets and some bonus treats!
We went and bought fish. Ashton helped us. We bought green neons, neon tetras, a beta, and male guppies. They gave us a plant with the fish! I am so impressed by their betas being in containers with plants!! We were very impressed by Ashton's knowledge of fish. He talked about how the betas with larger tails are usually more chill. We wanted a beta to be in with our fish. He said that he could not guarantee a beta's behavior, but that was his experience. They have some betas in their tanks. They seemed to all be chill, so we bought one. We looked at the reptiles and birds. Everything was clean. I included a picture of the water dragon moving.
Love the atmosphere, customer service is amazing. The cats are well kept and dog classes are nice but the instructor yells in the dog classes but everything is well kept and clean. This is my favorite
Firendly staff, not busy at all, almost always check out process super quick. I shop for cat products, and they have pretty good selection The store is clean and big They also have birds, lizards, snakes , guinea pigs. They have a grooming section for dogs Its my go to store for all pet needs
Cashier was extremely unprofessional and made me super uncomfortable. Unless you wanna be interrogated about what kind of dog food etc., you are buying when you are proceeding to checkout..I suggest go other places.
Very much disappointed. I advise everybody not to go to the groomer Angela. I explained specifically how I wanted the cut but didn’t care to listen or see the picture and she ruined the look of my dog during the important event I was preparing for him. She was disrespectful and sighing all the time. In fact she told my dog that ‘I WON’T BE NICE WITH YOU’.
the little girl groomer kyla snipped my dog so bad! i had to come grab my dog from her appointment to take her to an imaginary vet that had no open appointments. i do not recommend this store at all! all of the employees were rude and tried to rush me out when i tried to get the situation straight. i will be calling corporate.
Great selection and a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I especially enjoyed the fact that what I came in for toys for our girl were on clearance! Good experience and definitely recommend...
Took our 4 month old golden retriever puppy Rigo to get groomed for the time. Sydney did such an amazing job! I can’t believe how soft he is! He smells amazing and his “grinch feet”paw pads are trimmed perfectly! Rigo loved her! Sydney was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be requesting her on a regular basis. Thanks Sydney!
