Since 2009, I have had the opportunity of working with individuals, couples, families and adolescents struggling through their relationships and transitional difficulties. I enjoying listening to my clients and helping them discover solutions to their challenges.
I enjoy working with individual adults of varying degrees of mental illness as well as those experiencing life transition difficulties. In addition to working with adults, I also have a niche working with adolescents from 10-17 years old.
I generally work from a Cognitive Behavioral perspective and believe this frame of work is best for individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression and low self-esteem.
