Dr. Patricia Wallace specializes in the evaluation and treatment of all pelvic disorders including, childbirth injury, painful intercourse, labial hypertrophy, pelvic floor dysfunction and chronic conditions, such as recurrent bladder and vaginal infections, Interstitial Cystitis, urinary & anal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and overactive bladder. Dr. Wallace is Board certified in Gynecology and and in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Her approach is total pelvic health and individualized patient care. Additional interests include comprehensive treatment of menopausal health, specifically for breast and pelvic cancer survivors. She works closely with pelvic floor physical therapists in the evaluation and treatment of women with pelvic floor dysfunction, dyspareunia, and vaginismus, as well as employed trigger point injection techniques for the treatment of pelvic floor muscle pain. Dr. Wallace has special interests in minimally invasive surgery and is certified as a Da Vinci Robotic Surgeon. She is a certified provider of InterStim sacral nerve neuromodulation for the treatment of overactive bladder and urge incontinence and fecal incontinence. She is a provider for ThermiVa, a non-hormonal radio frequency treatment for feminine dryness and laxity. She is also certified to prescribe Addyi- the only FDA approved medication for female hypoactive desire disorder.
Dr. Kym Kanaly specializes in the general gynecology, menopausal concerns which includes the evaluation and treatment for annual exams, birth control, feminine dysfunction including, decreased drive, arousal problems, menopause and hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Kanaly is board certified in Gynecology. She obtained her undergraduate training at Stanford University in California in 1993. She obtained her medical degree at New York Medical College, Valhalla in New York in 1998. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University School of Medicine in New York in 2002. She obtained her fellowship training in Female Urology and Sexual Medicine at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles in 2003. During this time she trained with Drs. Laura and Jennifer Berman who are pioneers in the field of female sexual medicine. She is a provider for ThermiVa, a non-hormonal radio frequency treatment for dryness and laxity.
