I help children, teens, parents and individuals heal from difficulties, including anxiety, depression and trauma in a friendly, warm, non-judgmental environment. With over 20 years experience working with children, I am able to make special connections with children that fosters trust and safety, which promotes openness an honesty during therapy. Each of my clients are treated as individuals, with unique needs and challenges. My work with children centers around a collaborative approach between myself, my clients and their family members. Utilizing this approach offers the most favorable environment and support to bring healing and change.
My approaches include clinically proven techniques which allow my clients heal in the way that works best for their individual style and developmental needs.
I have experience working with children and teens with trauma, anxiety, depression and behavior problems, women recovering from domestic violence situations, individuals with mental health issues such as Bipolar Disorder, depression and Anxiety Disorders
