Sometimes our lives take unexpected and unintended turns that lead us to feeling hurt, distressed, or wounded. I work with individuals, couples and families to work through their struggles toward the goal of achieve growth, healing, and getting their lives back on track. I have experience working with clients suffering with addiction, alcoholism, and divorce recovery. I believe that my clients have the opportunity to create the change they are looking for, and that they are the authors of their own futures.
I enjoy working with couples and have had the opportunity to work with numerous clients who find themselves hurting due to a broken marriage. I have been able to assist couples and individuals to find personal growth, reconciliation and peace: individually, as a couple, or in a group setting.
I am certified in premarital counseling through Prepare/Enrich. I have an extensive background in Christian Spirituality, which can be integrated into treatment if the client desires it. We will work together to improve relationships, build skills in communication, find conflict resolution and understanding, and bring about the positive change you are looking for.
