Midlothian Funeral Home was such a blessing to me. I'm in Washington State and when my loved one was found to have passed away in his sleep, the Ovilla police sent his remains to MFH. A wonderful gift of chance. MFH communicated with me respectfully and cared about me as well as my loved one. Everything was handled smoothly and delicately. Midlothian Funeral Home has, as part of their services, an Aftercare program. This has been invaluable as I have to handle my loved one's affairs from out of state. The Aftercare program is an incredible service and it never expires. So much wonderful help.
My mom passed a few weeks ago and Midlothian Funeral Home took a lot of the stress off, by handing a lot of notifications I hadn’t thought of. Their follow up and care for my mom and our family was something you don’t come across everyday. I loved the personal touch they place on every family’s loss… it shows how much they care!
Midlothian Funeral Home and their after care team has been wonderful to work with. Your loved one will be well taken care of and the after care team helps you tie up any loose ends.
Service was great.. Everyone was very helpful and patient.. They made this experience very simple, they took care of everything in such a short notice. Randy was great he made sure everything was taken care of and gave us the time we needed with our mom.. Spoke to Aaron and he was great, gave me information that was very helpful advised what we needed to do and what paperwork needed to be completed. He gave me the time i needed to make sure everything was taken care off.... thank you so much Midlothian Funeral Home
While we have been devastated over the loss of my mom, Midlothian Funeral Home has made this journey much more bearable. They have taken all the anxiety off of my shoulders regarding after death paperwork, accounts and phone calls. I can breathe easier and focus on my mother and the wonderful life she lived.
Midlothian Funeral Home has fully satisfied all of our needs and expectations associated with the passing of our son. The Full-Circle Aftercare provided by the funeral home has been most helpful and we highly recommend utilizing this service.
We had a wonderful experience with Midlothian Funeral Home. The director, Randy, really helped us through my father-in-law’s funeral. He was always available to us. And Kathy with “Aftercare” was outstanding. She was so helpful and answered all of our questions about what to do after his passing. It meant a lot to have such amazing people assisting us during this very difficult time.
Randy is absolutely one of the most sweetest and kindest person I have ever met. He made use feel so welcomed and comfortable at one of the most difficult moments in our lives. He treated my entire family with the utmost respect. We all fell in love with his personality and professionalism.
This was the first time I had been faced with making final arrangements for a loved one. Everyone at Midlothian Funeral Home were very helpful, kind & empathic. I was extremely impressed with the compassion received from Michelle. Kathy, the Aftercare Specialist lifted a huge burden from my shoulders in all she did to make the days after this immense loss lighter. I would recommend this service to my friends and family! All of you treated me like family!! Thank you and God bless you!!!
Randy and his staff were exceptional. We were walked through the process and they made everything very easy. The viewing and memorial went smoothly thanks to their direction. The burial was at the DFW National Cemetery, since we had never been there before Randy educated us on the process. So very thankful to the Midlothian Funeral Home. In addition spoke with Cherisse Alexander from the after care team and she was so very helpful. Cherisse went over a list of items to be taken care of for my brother, Johnny. She actually handled some of the items for me. She explained they were available to help me and if I thought of anything I could give her a call.
