I'm not quite sure how long I have been going, but this dentist has been one of the best experiences that I've had with dentists before. We've gone through everything, from a snapped permanent retainer to fillings to regular cleanings. With the patient and kind staff, tvs for those inclined to watch something to relax during procedures and always being open to questions/concerns, Milltown has always been lovely.
Dr. Ben Lambeth and his team have been extremely accommodating with my long-standing fear of dentists. Moving to the area in June, I needed two crowns placed, finishing off two implants that a surgeon had put in back in Chicago. The team is highly professional, and very friendly and thoughtful. English is my second language and everyone has been eager to help me understand everything. The work is excellent, and they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Megumi Lambeth is now treating my equally fearful partner and he’s full of praise as well. Highly recommend.
Drs. Ben and Megumi are so very kind, professional and do excellent work. I needed a lot of work done recently and Dr. Megumi worked within my tight timeframe and gave me the smile I had always wished for. Everyone on their staff are warm, friendly and very proficient in their roles. I would give this practice 10 stars if I could!
These people are con artists. I got a cleaning back in 2018 with x rays. They said I needed over 3k of work. Went to another dentist said I was fine. Four years later they send me a Bill and say that it was a “clerical error” refused to forgive it. 4 years later. It was like $40 bucks. Are you kidding me. Very petty. Do not go here they are jerks not to be trusted.
Went to the dentist today for the first time in 3 years. Between a lack of dental insurance and some dental anxiety, I was avoiding the trip. The staff here made me feel SO comfortable. Everyone was so accommodating, making sure I was OK and understood what was happening. Pricing is extremely fair and they will not try and convince you to do work you don’t need. Highly recommend!
I'd been on the lookout for a new dental practice to call home... and was so excited to find Milltown Family Dentistry! The office is conveniently located, crisp, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Megumi Lambeth is kind, knowledgeable, and willing to take time to talk with you about any questions you have. They also have a great plan for people that don't have dental insurance! I'm happy to say that I have found my new dental home!!!
I have had a ton of tooth issues over the years so I was really nervous when finding a new dentist after moving here but I am so glad I found Milltown Family Dentistry. I have never had a dentist and staff so knowledgable and thorough as they are here. They take the time to make sure they do it right and if you ask for something to be fixed, they do it without hesitation. I will be recommending them to all my friends!
This place rocks, gentle hands, knowledgeable staff, and TV's on the ceiling! 7/27/2021 I had a wonderful experience recently at Milltown. That's pretty funny to say when it involves a cracked tooth! They got me right in. Assessed the situation, discussed options and made me an appointment to have the situation taken care of. Now everything is back to normal. What's more they went the extra mile with a follow up to make sure that I was doing okay after the fact. These are professionals, with the bonus of being compassionate and kind
I was nervous seeing the dentist as it had been 6+ years and I knew I needed work. But Dr. Megumi and her assistants made me extremely comfortable during all of my appointments. The practice is very professional, up-to-date, and time-efficient. Milltown Dentistry went above and beyond my expectations and worked with my lack of insurance. They have taken care of my cavities large and small and were attentive about the follow-up care. My highest recommendations!
Milltown Family Dentistry is a clean and modern office with a kind, supportive and caring staff. They take the time to answer all my questions, however simple they may be, and I always leave feeling informed, confident and well taken care of. I appreciate that they are on the cutting edge of dentistry care and use the best and newest technology. With very professional and friendly service, I would highly recommend them!
